I liked that the hotel was very stylish and there was a lot of art hanging on nearly all the walls. My only concern was that when I paid for drinks in the bar, the waiter rounded down the change he gave me to the nearest notes. This actually resulted in me giving him about the same amount as I would have done as a tip, but I would have liked to have the option to do so. |

The vibe is good, the staff are good, the location on top of the U-Bahn makes it easy yet it is in a quiet part of Mitte |

Perfect location to visit Berlin for a we. Personel/ receptioniste very nice. Not enough throw pillow. Room closed to the elevator are quite noisy. Piping noises coming from the bathroom (room 402) during all the night were disturbing. |

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and only two stops on the underground from Alexander Platz. The nearest station was literally 50 yards either way out the front door, which gave access to the rest of the city. On registering when arriving, I had to complete the form, which I had to put my DoB on, which the chap happened to notice was my birthday the following day. When we returned to the hotel after being out all day, there was a selection of cakes and fruit as a compliment of the hotel, which was unexpected and highly pleasing. |

The location of the hotel was pretty good especially with the U-bahn station. the room was very quiet and breakfast good as well as the internet connection. |

The hotel was in a very quiet location, almost right on the Spree river, and just a few minutes walk from the historic Nikolai quarter with all its delightful cafes and restaurants. Yet it also couldn't have been more conveniently located for the U-Bahn. |

The staff, the room and other facilities were very good. The design of the stool at the desk, totally without balance. One just cannot push it that it falls down to the floor. The design of the tap at the lavatory basin is too close to its edge and you cannot use it very well. Also all the little tubes containing shampoo and creams have the worst design of its base. Everything falls down from it. Design must be always considered at its very best detail, not only in its appearance. |

stylish design hotel, very good location with subway connection (U-Bahn) right in front of the hotel, bright and clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff bathroom: especially the shower and the sink seem a little cheap compared to the rest of the stylish interior; breakfast till 11am but at 10:30 it looked as if they don't refill the eggs and cheese anymore |

Location. The waiter in the breakfast room had a haughty attitude and was clearly not suitable for customer service. We also had problems with the showers. First no hot water at all and then continiously changing temperature. For the price that we paid, I would have expected a better service and hot water when I need it. |

Spacious rooms and helpful staff. Breakfasts are expensive and this is one of the few hotels I've stayed at where you have to pay for internet in your rooms. |

Room was nice - small but excellent layout and plenty of counter space for suitcases and lots of space for toiletries in bathroom. Restaurant was great - good breakfasts and we enjoyed a very nice dinner. |

Friendly staff and service. The shower system wasnt very good, considering it was quite contemporary. Recycling of towels wasnt advertised enough. Would have been great to have a small kettle in the room as the cafe closed at 10.30pm |

Situated really close to the centre, few steps to the U-Bahn station Maerkisches Museum. The reseptionists should be a little bit more polite and helpful (but all berliners are rude in general - it made us really angry and I wouldn't suggest to anyone to visit that city. They are so unhospitable!) |

Nice interior design with cool paintings and furniture. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Our room smelt nice and was very clean. It was reasonable to stay. Right next to a metro station and it was very convenient. We had requested a quiet room but got a room by the lifts and it was noisy at times. Also, we stayed there for 5 nights, but bed linen was not changed during our stay... House keeping was very good apart from that. |

It is in a central position and close to underground. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Heating in room can be adjusted. There was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was not included. |

Good location next to a metro station. Nice foyer easy check in with friendly staff. The bathroom was horrible. Water went everywhere under the shower curtain. The shower burst hot then cold water. Pillows were also terrible and lumpy. |

I did like the building, the interior design (furniture, colors etc) in the room and in the rest of the hotel, ( entrance lobby, bar, restaurant etc). It was a very pleasant place to stay. |

Great interior, friendly staff, decently located and very close to Märkisches Museum metro station. Stinking bathrooms, shower curtains too low, bathroom without threshold = wet hotel room floor. |

Very clean, nice, amazing location, great staff, great design.... very good choice. Loved lying in bed and watching the snow from the huge windows! Charging for full use of wi fi is a bit of a let down, they do give you 30 minutes free though. |

Excellent position, 10 minutes by walk from AlexanderPlatz and Unter Den Linden, in front of a metro station. Staff gentle and helpful. We reserved a standard room, but it is not very comfortable with a small closet sufficient for one person in a double room and place only for one case. |
