We liked the location of the hotel as it was easy to find our way about, also the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel room was very warm even after adjusting the heating gage. |

Everything was great! Very helpful staff, great location, very trendy and clean rooms, good breakfast. I like the Artotels chain, and when in Germany, always stay only there. |

The location of the hotel was very good. It is located on a very big road, but is not at all noisy. U-bahn and bus stop was very close. Also the staff was very polite. The breakfast although not the biggest variet, was very good. The room was clean and nice. Maybe the breakfast shoyld be a little bit improved but only on the variety, as the available amount of goods was very good. |

Nce design hotel, very friendly hotel staff, good location, rooms well designed with all the comfort you need. Art'otel is a perfect "business/city trip" hotel; located in the centre of Berln (at a very busy road), so if you are looking for a relaxing environment, choose an other hotel. |

The upgrade to bigger room on the garden side (really very quiet) costed only 20€ per night, we got the room very early in the morning so we could use it fom the very beginning of our staying The internet connection was extremly expensive and uneffective( you pay from the log in than it takes more than a minute to open a single page)I payd 2,30 € for checking one restaurant address.The hotel has not the services to be considered a 4 star hotel |

The staff are the nicest staff I've ever encountered on my travels and couldn't do enough for us. It conveniently located from ku'damm and only a short distance from bahnhof zoo. There is lovely restaurants on the side street beside the hotel called uhlandstrasse. i particularly liked the Andy warhol theme in the hotel.Would definitely come back. |

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice location -near Ku' damm- you can also rent bikes for all day long with only 10euros which is the best way to see the city! Also the breakfast was really delicious. |

The location for visiting the west part of Berlin. The proximity of good restaurants. Friendly staff at the desk. Not having free internet for the value of this hotel. They start cleaning the room too early and wake people up. |

I would like to thank for the Front Desk girls' hospitality. Smiling young beautiful ladies. I found the safe room open although nothing had been taken away. Very strange. I am quite sure I had it locked when I left the room some days earlier. Things kept into the safe were slightly differently placed and I had to rearrange the number combination. |

Very nice colour and art theme in the room. A quite good breakfast with delicious pastries. Efficient check in and out. Very quiet room in 3rd floor. No free internet station. A bit far from U- and S-bahn stations. The pillow was not the most comfortable. Air condition was not too efficient even though outside temparature was only 20C. |
