Rooms are very nicely designed; big enough for a short stay city trip and very quite. Carpets, furnuture, beds are all new and comfortable. Staff are very well trained, very kind, they all speak excellent English and very helpfull for all kind of inquires. Breakfeast-buffet is a bit expensive compered to nearby coffees but quite rich and served in a very nice settings. Only inconvenies: for visiting old Berlin you have to take transport and nearest underground is some 500 metres away, thogh it is a pleasant road for window-shopping and full of lively coffees. Overall, we recomend this hotel to everyone who wants some comfort for a good price in a good location.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we checked in till the moment we left.

The breakfast was very poor. the quality of the food was good but it ran out everyday at least 2 hours before breakfast had finished. Finding cutlery and crockery was also an issue. The drinks had also run out. This meant we had to spend a large amount of time finding somewhere to eat. We did report this to staff but were told food would be out, after waiting about 30 minutes nothing arrived. We spoke to staff again who said it had been busy and nothing else was coming out, this was around 9am.

Great value for the price. One of the better hotels I've stayed in and everything is new. The location is good but it's a 10 minute walk or so to the Metro or s- Bahn. The neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and shopping and is worth exploring.

Could use a better selection of cable channels.

Bad Air conditioning

Certainly a matter of taste but I liked the stylish, cool modern design (with the exception of the wall-to-wall carpeting which I found dizzying).

The little desk in the room had no proper chair. So one had to sit in one of the lounge chairs with the desktop then at about breast level. Even more annoying, though, at the check-in, I was asked if I needed the internet and was then given my user-ID and password for the room. In the room - 7th floor - I had no connection whatsoever. When I returned to the reception desk after business later in the evening, I was told that the hotel is very well aware of the WiFi problems on the 7th floor and was offered to use one of the empty conference rooms. One could have reacted to my need to use the internet right at check-in and given me a room with functioning connection.

It was a convenient location and superficially visually attractive

It was not comforable - the staff were poorly trained, the breakfast room was a mess and chaotic. My suite was one big pretty empty room that felt very uncozy - luckily the bathroom was excellent. Having just one elevator was a mess - always waiting. The free internet access sucked - way too complicated. I paid >eur 650 for 4 mights - for a four star upmarket hotel which was actually a holiday inn express with added artwork. Would have been much better to save on the Warhols and invest in furniture!

The rooms are more than comfortable, clean, clean, clean, I will tell all my friends about this gem.

Not notified that construction on the site beside hotel started at 7am each day. The rom we stayed in shared a wall with the construction site. Plus the room was too small we could barely fit our two bags in the room. Plus I don't understand why they have doors that require 2 hands to be able to open, very frustrating system.

Lovely building and decor. Good breakfast.Seemed a bit mean that they charged for botled water in the room.

Das Zimmer hätte mal wieder etwas Farbe vertragen können. Außerdem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht.

C 'est dommage que les matelas du lit double soient 2 matelas indépendants couvertures un peu courtes pour les grands.
