Nice design, friendly staff and perfect selection of the books in a lobby Room cleaning was really not good. They can absolutely do better. When you staying in suite you are usually expecting more from house keeping .

It was a convenient location and superficially visually attractive It was not comforable - the staff were poorly trained, the breakfast room was a mess and chaotic. My suite was one big pretty empty room that felt very uncozy - luckily the bathroom was excellent. Having just one elevator was a mess - always waiting. The free internet access sucked - way too complicated. I paid >eur 650 for 4 mights - for a four star upmarket hotel which was actually a holiday inn express with added artwork. Would have been much better to save on the Warhols and invest in furniture!

I have travelled extensively and stay at several hotels. This hotel was great! The rooms are minimalist but, well kept and clean. The staff are fantastic. Nothing was too much of an effort, in particular Thomas! Thank you for the wonderful service. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want clean, convenient and friendly! Nothing!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not notified that construction on the site beside hotel started at 7am each day. The rom we stayed in shared a wall with the construction site. Plus the room was too small we could barely fit our two bags in the room. Plus I don't understand why they have doors that require 2 hands to be able to open, very frustrating system.

Very nice modern room. My room headed to a small backyard and had no view but complete silence which I appreciated a lot. The bed very comfortable. Room and bathroom was large, good furniture and lights and very clean. Internet was free. Parking is either on the street with hotel ticket (13 E/day) or in a public garage next door (18 E/day). This is of course normal for a city hotel. Breakfast was not included in the room price and was rather expensive (15 e).

This was almost a last minute reservation but I've had my eye on the hotel for a while. The stay was really good and I loved the breakfast buffet (fresh and warm croissants hmmmm)! As others have mentioned before, there is a construction site in the facilities but it didn't trouble us too much. And then there was the benefit that the hotel had complementary ear plugs for guests. The location is amazing, lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the area (just go up the Uhlandstrasse). Also, there's no problem in getting a taxi or even finding an atm machine. The U-bahn is just up that street too. And I would definitely return to this hotel! The only little problem we had was with breakfast on sunday, it looked like everyone wanted it at the same time, which meant not enough tables, not enough cups, plates and the likes. We did get a table pretty quickly, but we had to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes to get cups and the likes (and when we got it, they were warm from the dishwasher). I must point out that there was never any lack of food. The staff were running around like crazy, trying to attend to everyone the best they could, always very friendly and nice. I actually felt a bit sorry for them because it's not their fault if, apparently, the number of staff isn't enough for so many guests...

I have very good experience with this hotel. Excellent location as is behind the shopping area. the rooms are arty look, clean and modern. the reception are very friendly and helpful. breakfast is good too.tumbs up for this hotel. will definitely stay there again . no complaints at all.

Very nice bathroom, although the lighting was a little dim. Room temp was low. Had to request a space heater. Also, i was not warned about next-door construction noise. And the Andy Warhol theme was a bit too much. The dominant art in my room was a Warhol portrait of Chairman Mao hanging over my bed. Why would anyone think that would be a good choice for a hotel room is beyond me.

After check in,they charged 200 Euros for the guarantee for minibar extras without informing. The resepsionist said that they cannot cancel the guarantee before chech out, but when they saw that I was angry, they said ok, we will cancel. But still the block is not cancelled. No slippers in the room!!

Good location, very easy access to the U-Bahn station, bus stop and Kurfustendamm st. From Tigel airport you can get almost directly to the hotel by bus №109. Room service is pretty good, cleaning everyday, so then you come back in the evening it looks like you've just arrived. I haven't try hotel's restraunt and bar, so I'm not sure it worths it's money. Free Wi-Fi Internet access for all your stay in the hotel, really usefull thing. All TV channels are in German, so I couldn't find any channel I could see without falling asleep in 2 minutes. :-)

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut in der "alten Berliner Innenstadt", also dem West-Teil. Zu Fuss ist der Ku^damm in 5 Minuten erreicht. Rundherum hat es viele Kneipen und einfache Restaurants. Und Taxis bekommt man dort immer. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig. Das Hotel habe ich mir künstlerischer vorgestellt. Da es als Warhol-Hotel beschrieben wird, war ich in dieser Hinsicht enttäuscht.

Sehr schön war die Pflege Zubehör Palette im Badezimmer des Zimmers. Die Zimmergröße war auch mit knapp 17m² in Ordnung. Dafür das es ein 4-Sterne Hotel sein soll ist es sehr enttäuschend. Es soll zwar ein Design Hotel mit Werken von Herrn Warhol sein, aber ein paar Nachdrucke aufzuhängen und gebogenes Geschirr anbieten ist kein Designerhotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgenutzt. Das Frühstück und der Raum wo man sich den Tisch selber Decken muss, erinnert eher an ein schlechtes 3-Sterne Hotel. Die Klimabeschreibung auf dem Zimmer ist sehr einfach. Nur wenn das Gerät nicht funktioniert ist es nicht so gut. als wir nachgefragt haben, bekamen wir die Antwort: Der Techniker kommt erst am Dienstag wieder, möchten Sie einen Ventilator.... Danke nein. Im großen und ganzen........nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Es gibt bessere 4-Sterne Hotels.
