Free Wireless Internet (even though having to ask for a new password everyday is not the most practical way). Very, very quiet. The cocktails in the bar are not at the level of an international design hotel. |

The whole design of the hotel including artwork on the walls, sculptures and some of sophisticated equipment of the room. The professionalism and kindness of the relatively young personnel were impressive. Last but not least, the food in the restaurant and breakfast were delicious. |

The Hotel was said to be a walking distance from the airport. Well... It was a long walk... The hotel is located within a residential area, so there is nothing to do within waling distance. And lastly, I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room, as well as the whole floor was stincking from smoke, and when I complained about that I was told that it used to be a smoking room, and it is now a non-smoking room, so there should be no smell (?!) |

We liked the hotel because it was different. We liked the clever designs in the room and the imaginative use of mirrors in the bathroom. The art work although not to my taste reflected what the hotel was trying to achieve. |

Very helpful staff, clean facilities, interesting design and great location (close enough to the city center but in a quiet enough area to get a good night's sleep) Wish the breakfast buffet had more choices |

nice italian restaurant, very good location rooms are quite "used", need of better maitenance, some cracks on tiles in bathroom, holes in curtains, dirty walls in the room - you do not feel it is new. |

Very cool artwork, interesting rooms. Within walking distance of Frauenkirche and Zwinger. Didn't want the buffet breakfast and liked the idea of the coffee shop, but the shop didn't open until 10. Location, tho only a 10 min walk to Zwinger, was a bit "out of the way". Nothing between the hotel and central area. |

The hotel was new and very clean and room size was ample. The art was also interesting. Location was also good, just a five minute walk to the Zwinger and Dresden town center. |

I very much liked the design of the hotel and the rooms. The layout was functional and attractive. The bed was comfortable. I am very glad the windows could be opened and I did not have only aircon. I wanted some breakfast but don't eat any more than some muesli and yogurt and fruit. So my breakfast was quite expensive. I don't see any way round this though! |

very confortable rooms, all new, with a modern decoration. well located.i recommend it! the internet could only be used for free in the hal downstairs and the TV had only channels in german |

Very nice, brand-new rooms. Close to Old Town (15 min on foot) Receptionists rather unhelpful and aloof. Expensive breakfast. |

My husband and I had a lovely stay in the art'otel Dresden. We stayed 4 nights, had a wonderfull and filling breakfast, walked only 7 minutes to the Zwinger, the Residence and the Frauen Kirche. Since the weather was unfortunately miserable, we had 2 relaxing evenings in the hotel sauna before having our dinner. All in all, a very satisfying stay and well recommended for young and old. |

I did not like in the room: dirty wall oposite the bed (scratches from the seat back), dusty air-exhausting device in the bath room, dusty spots in the room..the room looked like *** , definitely not like **** |

Mir hat die Atmosphäre des Hotels sehr gut gefallen, besonders die außergewöhnliche Gestaltung der Zimmer. Interessant waren auch die verschiedenen Kunstwerke über das ganze Hotel verteilt. Für Brillenträger war das außergewöhnlich verspiegelte Bad ungeeignet, da man nicht nah genug an den Spiegel herantreten konnte. |
