Great location base for sightseeing and brilliant if you want to shop. We paid extra for superior room, huge comfortable bed and liked the large bathroom. |

good facilities including free bottle water, electric jug for making hot drinks ad best of all, free wireless in the room. Excellent service by some staff, who gave me a second free wireless access when I forgot to log out the first nite. Interacted with 4 reception staff during my 2 nite stay. 2 were sooo kind and warm but the other 2 two were cool and distant, a bit off putting to a single asian girl traveling alone. |

great location near the metro, lots of shopping near by. Good value for your money the first night we were stuck in a smoking room, which really smelled of smoke. They moved us to a non smoking room the next day. the Breakfast if not worth 12euros. |

The room was always clean, the hotel staff was professional and kind. The hotel's location, next to a U-Bahn station is important, especially when it rains. The curtains at the room aren't thick enough so the sunlight fluds the room at morning and might wake up light sleepers. |

The hotel has excellent location for our 3 days shopping trip to Berlin. The underground station also is a couple of minutes from the hotel. |

I found the hotel to be poorly managed. The check in and out were incredibly difficult and night and day staff members didn't input information about our reservation. The breakfast staff were annoying and intrusive. The whole experience put me off ever going there or to any art hotel again. And I don't believe I will ever book through booking.com. |

Staff was very nice to give us directions to where we wanted to go along with a map. They speak great English. Noise from off the street could easily be heard in room that faced the street |

Je l'avais choisi par rapport à son emplacement et je ne suis pas deçu.Hôtel sympa, sans chichis. Un peu étroit, l'aspect design ne se remarque pas surtout à cause de l' espace. Regarder des tableaux dans un couloir miniscule où il est difficile de reculer?. Le petit déjeuner un peu cher. A la réservation pas le choix entre twin ou double, espérions qu'arrivées à l'hôtel on nous proposerait twin puisque nous ne sommes pas un couple (soeurs). |
