Location is excellent. Walking distance from Zoogarten Stop. You can catch s bahn, u bahn and bus to almost all important places in the city. Berlin Zoo is right opposite to this stop. So Zoo too is walking distance. Plus the hotel is located in a shopping area. Excellent shopping around. And great places to eat. Breakfast was not included but excellent breakfast places, just across the road.

The free internet was only for 24 hours. And that too you would have to pick up a voucher from the reception. We werent informed about this and inspite of asking twice, we never got the internet voucher.

Location is perfect, just 1 mins apart from the U1 and U9 underground stations and the X9 bus from Airport stops 1 min from the hotel. rooms are clean and the hotel interior design is very good.

Breakfast is expensive compared to its value

Rude staff at check in/out. Room not ready for hours. Housekeeping knocking on the door every 15mins after 9am on day of checkout even though we had til 12 noon and asked for a sleep in.

Very good location right next to U-Bahn Station and very close to Ku'damm. Nice Hotel, very clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful Staff. Very good value for money! Ideal for a weekend-Citytrip.

On weekend nights quite noisy because of discotheque on the other side of the street. The rooms are very small with no warderobe. No possibility for an additional bed. 3-bed rooms not available.

I booked art room. According the information in booking.com it must be about 20 sq. M. But room was approximately 10 m like art xs room.

It is in a great Location - easy access to Shopping and transport. The Reception staff were very good, very helpful and friendly. The room was a large size and the bathroom was excellent. The room was very nicely fitted out with mineral water, slippers and other items.

Only a small item but one of the sinks in the bathroom was not draining out .

I booked the room for a friendly couple of mine and they really loved everything about it. Everything worked like a charm. Really satisfied from their staying. Great bonus was that smoking was allowed in their room (smokers have rights as well...) and they didn't have to walk outside of the hotel for a smoke.

Maybe during summer, due to the clubs on the other side of the street, location may be kinda loud and noisy. That is just a speculation tho.

Very noice from the street...

The room was very very clean and the double bed very very comfortable. There is tv with a Welcome Name on the screen, very nice gesture. Receptionist was extremely kind giving directions around Berlin The hotel is close to a underground station - therefore it saves time wherever you choose to go, it takes only 10 minutes to commute from the main terminal station as we arrived by train. I definitely will go back and I have already recommended this wonderful hotel to my colleagues.

We did not even make an attempt to have breakfast. Price was a bit high.

The staff are extremely friendly, the location of the hotel is a shopper's dream come true and with 2 minutes walking distance from the U-Bahn it's the perfect spot to hit the numerous interesting historical sites in Berlin. Book the XL room, the people in our group that landed in this type of room relived their honeymoon.

One of the nights (sunday night) was quite noisy on our first floor rooms - noise came from the street on the arrival, the reception clerk DID NOT explain us that we need to get a user-name + password for the free WiFi internet and so we could NOT use it on our first evening. when asked about it, we got it immediately with usage explanations the breakfast price (12 euros/person) is quite high - on the other side of the street there's a nice coffee house which we ate at, while spending just about 5-6 euros/person

The hotel was ideally situated just meters away from Ku'Damm and several attractions such Berliner Zoo, KaDeWe. Nearest U-bahn station just around the corner and busstop outside of the hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. The only negative thing to mention is that there is only a very slow wifi-connection for free and a faster version costs €15/24h.

The hotel is in front of two disco-pubs. It is very noisy until 2-3 am. During my stay I did not have hot water.
