l'accoglienza in camera con frutta e dolcetti, l'organizzazione per andare all'opera, il pullino e l'offerta di bibite in attesa nella hall

Perfetta la posizione per raggiungerei piedi il centro e la Festspielhaus. Ottimo il servizio navetta per raggiungere il Festival. Abbondante la colazione e consiglio anche il ristorante.

Un po' sbrigativi nella hall.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to historical town, easy parking, great breakfast selections. Rooms look renovated recently.

Public areas are little dated.

Nice hotel, close to the city center (10min walk), internet ok but slow. Breakfast was good but the staff had some problems to keep up whith the guests' consumption. Clean room, Nice wellness area. I would go there again.

The staff were greath. Wi fi was perfect, outdoor parking was safe.

The restaurant is acceptable but nothing special.

Solarium and sauna were out of action on two occassions - reported, but nothing seemed to happen

The Wagner Festival in Bayreuth takes place in the summer and the weather is often very hot. This is one of the few hotels in Bayreuth with air conditioning. The architecture is typical of a conference hotel but the staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. A bus is provided to and from the Festival Theatre. We would undoubtedly stay here on our next visit.

Somewhat bland architecture - typical congress hotel.

Very good hotel. Spacious, well-equipped rooms; very efficient airconditioning. Excellent breakfast. Friendly barman. Strongly recommended for Bayreuth Festival visitors: refreshments for operagoers before performances and transport provided to the Festspielhaus (and return if needed, but a brisk walk takes no more than 15 minutes); I will definitely stay there for my next visit to the Festival.

Rooms and beds were comfortable. Breakfast/lunch buffet was included and excellent. Location was good for the Bayreuth Festival. Hotel catered to Festival-goers with shuttles to the Festpielhaus.

Hotel is a little drab and ordinary. Dismal at night when the hallways lights are turned off. Staff is helpful but a bit cold (except in the restaurant, where everybody was very nice). Rooms can be a little drab. They need better lighting. It's basically a chain hotel; nothing special about it.

Luxury breakfast and brunch, free internet wi-fi connection in each room, free bike at reception, free shuttle to the Festspielhaus.

Ideal for the Wagner Festival - the hotel is geared up for this and has a long breakfast/brunch, provides free transport to the opera and has a bar/restaurant which is open for a decent time after the performance. Staff really make you welcome. Also the quietest hotel I have stayed in for years.

It was a great location for the opera as it was within walking distance,the restaurant stated open late to cater after the opera, there were snacks provided before the opera And a shuttle service. This attention to detail made our stay worry free. The hotel is a short walk from the town center.

The mattress has a plastic cover which makes it quite hot

Large bedroom and twin beds. Coffee/Tee and appetizers for guests attending the Wagner Festival, waiting for the buses to ride them to the theater. Possibility to lunch or dine late. Reasonable parking fees.

The shower system is not easy to find, although it is written on the wall. Why on earth do modern hotels have to spend money for racket science system for something as simple as a shower, I will never understand. It's a detail, but it is unnecessary worry to figure out several minutes how to make it working. Otherwise, it was all fine.

We Stayed at Arvenna Congress for Wagner Festival. This was our 6th visit. Very enjoyable. Lovely staff,especially the breakfast staff. And, excellent reception service. When I checked out I made abooking for next year, July 5th. to July 9th. I would be grateful if you would confirm this booking. Meanwhile, thank you once again for enjoyable time.

Staff member helpred me return to my room from the front desk, after lights had been turned off in the hall on my floor. The location was very convenient to the city center.

Lights in the hallway would go out, and have to be switched on again, for no apparent reason.

der "Wellesbereich" ist einfallslos kalt und im 90er Jahre Steel!!! Die So genannten Junior Suiten sind in unsen Augen ein heute zutage entsprengenden Doppelzimmer und keine 145€ wert Das Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich Weltweit jemand zu gesicht bekommen habe (kalter Kaffe) angelaufene Wurst! echt lecker
