excellent stay. Best value pricing. Perfect location to Christmas market, Roland, historical sites, shopping and spa. Rooms are good size, quiet, clean, easily accessible from elevator. Wonderful staff, always courteous and pleasant, excellent language skills and tourist information, helpful and knowledgable on travel information. The breakfast was exceptional only surpassed by the staff who greet and serve you. Definitely ten out of ten. Steps and stairs in certain parts of the hotel entrance. Could be a little more "senior friendly" in baths and toilets.

The hotel is very charming; staff is excellent and eager to please; location is excellent. Our room was very clean. If we return to Bad Windsheim, we will definately stay at the Arvena Reichsstadt, I cannot think of anything that we did not like.

Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist die Stadtkirche in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die Glocken läuten bereits um 6.00 h mit sehr großer Lautstärke und wecken damit.

Saubere und ordentlich ausgestattete Zimmer, im Haupthaus teilweise mit großem Balkon. Ansprechend ausgestattete Sauna. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Ruhige Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Frankentherme ist fussläufig zu erreichen.

Rustige aangename kamers correct ontbijtbuffet half pension is zijn geld waard Moeilijk toegangkelijke parkeerplaatsen in de garage/ dure parking op de klacht over geurhinder van de afvoer in de badkamer is niet gereageerd, nochthans bleek nadien dat het personeel op de hoogte was van het probleem. Waarom verhuurd men een kamer als men dit probleem kent?

die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ruhig. man hörte kaum etwas aus den Nachbarzimmern Das Bad hatte einige Dinge, die uns nicht gefielen. es war sehr klein. Die WC-bürste hätte dringend ausgewechselt werden müssen. Der hebel für die dusche ging sehr schwer. die Temperatur des Wasser wechselte ständig.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt von Bad Windsheim,sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal!! Leider sehr viele Gruppenreisen und Bustouristen (aber darunter leidet man als Einzelreisender ja fast überall!!)

Das Einzelzimmer war ein Zweibettzimmer zur Alleinnutzung mit Balkon und Blick auf den wunderschönen Innenhof mit Fachwerkkulisse. Man sollte bei der Buchung darauf achten ein solches Balkonzimmer zu erhalten. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist zentral fast am Marktplatz. Man fühlt sich wohl in diesem Hotel!

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im hoteleigen Restaurante liegt im hohen Preissegment, jedoch darf der Gast auch erwarten das er sauber Fensterbänke vorfindet, überall Kadaver von Bienen, Staub usw.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Küche ist top. Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage ist vorbildlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal im Ortskern. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage mit einem Preis in Höhe von 6,50 Euro pro Nacht.

Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Frühstücksbüffet war super, für jeden Geschmack was dabei! Aufgrund des warmen Wetters waren die Zimmer sehr warm und die Bettdecken zu dick! ;-)) Service beim Frühstück Z.T. ewas übereifrig. Dies ist aber nicht wirklich eine Beschwerde, nur eine Anmerkung!
