The hotel is easily reached by road and metro (which is literally some 50m from the main door). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and what I expected for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with sufficient choice. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and the waiters very professional. I had no bad experience except the cleaner came in whilst I was standing naked in the bathroom - she left promptly LOL! The hotel claims the name of "Spa" but actually there were 3 saunas and the only water came from the shower. I had expected at least a whirlpool.

easy parking, good breakfast the staff was not friendly.... looked if they didn't like there job or where stressed.... and expressed this during work.... i didn't feel very welcome at reception...

Location close to U-Bahn yet easy to drive to. Quiet. Excellent staff. Our 6-year old loved the mini fish pond in the lobby. Very slow Internet connection.
