The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a penthouse room, but the room wasn't very big. Just enough space to walk around. The bathroom was even worse. Not enough space to turn around. And the japanese breakfast, was only some soup and rice. Very poor. Definetely no value for money. |

Our stay was very pleasent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was outstandingly clean and had very nice decor.spa was very relaxing and comfortable. 10 out of 10 |

Penthouse rooms have beatiful views ower Dusseldorf city center. We recomenned that room. Very helpfull staff. Japanese and continental breakfast, we did like that. Hotell elevator was wery slow!!!!!. Your must wait many many minute before you can get up or down. Walk to the stairs is much fast than elevator but 12th floor is rather high. |

The superior apartment was not superior. The wooden floor was basic and cheap looking. The bathroom was ver small, the kitchen area was also tiny with no plug to boil the kettle. Very clean, location was good. Housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking. Once early in the morning waking me. |

Clean, large, comfortable rooms The wireless internet was so slow it rendred it unusable. I mentioned this to the receptionist who said that they have had this comment before. |

The staff is so friendly and show the greatest courtesy even I checked in very late at night. They even check the train timetable for me so taht I can get myself to the airport on time without problem. |

Booked in for 1 night ended up staying 3 nights. it was 5 min walk from the shops, restaurants, Rhine River.... The train station was literally across the road and the bus to Weeze airport is directly across from the hotel. We stayed in superior apartment... I cant describe the standard.... I would consider it a 5 star plus hotel... From the location to the cleanliness to the friendly staff.. |

Friendly people at the reception, the view on the 12th floor, and the warm intriour of the room.. missed a curtain in the bathroom window... but that's just a minor detail |
