Ll'accès, le large petit déjeuner Le hall d'acceuil très sommaire, voir inconfortable le soir.les chambres relativement petites et l'aspect économique. Rien d'un 4 étoiles. Ok pour un 3 étoiles. |

Location is excellent as main train station is close by as are the trams so very easy to go anywhere you may have planned.Very clean and well presented room. |

Good room size, friendly staff. Not much more to say. Parking was poor, needed to park the car for 2 hours and was charged a days rate. Polite staff, but lacking in ireal customer service. Cold shower, no hot water ....another hotel who can't get this right ! |

Excellent big rooms well equipped with super facilities like a big bed, ironing, small kitchen, etc. a big pleasant surprise in the room was an i-home - which is an Ipod docking station with speakers. I had a good time connecting my Ipod and listening to my music. Didn't like the size of bathrooms. It was virtually impossible to sit on the wc comfortably as it is in an extreme corner of the bathroom and you have to sit angular to use it well. The kitchen area was not well cleaned. It was dusty. The bath tub is too small for even an average built like me. Seems that this is a Japanese hotel and the size of toilets and bathtubs was keeping in mind the size of Japanese people. |

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a penthouse room, but the room wasn't very big. Just enough space to walk around. The bathroom was even worse. Not enough space to turn around. And the japanese breakfast, was only some soup and rice. Very poor. Definetely no value for money. |

Penthouse rooms have beatiful views ower Dusseldorf city center. We recomenned that room. Very helpfull staff. Japanese and continental breakfast, we did like that. Hotell elevator was wery slow!!!!!. Your must wait many many minute before you can get up or down. Walk to the stairs is much fast than elevator but 12th floor is rather high. |
