Needed additional room keys. Perhaps 5 pm available drinks in dining room.

Nice hotel in a quiet location close to the tourist center. Comfortable room, nice breakfast with a mountain view. Friendly staff.

A little worried of the noise from the elevator soundproofing is not the best.

Beautifull place. Close to the centre. Very nice breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful. We had been stayed to the Earl room - a lot of space, but enough warm. Bathroom has a shower and a bath, hairdryer, enough towels and other things. Kitchen has everything you might need. Kind regards to the owner (to the manager)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has an amazing breakfast lounge and nice breakfast as well. I stayed in other hotels in the area paying much more money, this was far the best of all.

The room was excellent...balcony, nice bath, very clean...excellent staff...great location...breakfast was very nice. This is our first choice for future visits to Garmisch.

Second stay here - family-owned and very attentive to guests. Love the location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hotel fits into the enviornment perfectly.

Room had two single beds on opposite sides of room. I had asked for a double. Other than that, it was perfect.

Very friendly staff and very nice large room. Had a minibar as well with reasonable prices. Also had very nice breakfast with very attentive staff. Room was so clean it was like new.

Mattress too hard and pillow too soft. Location is a hike from train station.

Staff didn't make me feel very welcome and were quite rude on occasion. The hotel does not have any of the facilities you would expect to find in a hotel. It is at best a big guesthouse with hotel prices.

We were welcomed in English and we had no need to speak German at any point.

The very small lift, barely taking two people and a small suitcase. We felt the hotel was rather expensive for the facilities offered.

OK, but would not stay agAin with better options in the area. Its close to stuff, but definitely not countryside

Wir mußten einenTag früher abreisen. Vom Personal wurde uns gesagt, wir müssen 80% abrechnen. das gibt uns Booking.com vor. Wir werden nicht mehr über Booking.com buchen.

Le confort et la propreté de la chambre. L'accueil et le service. C'était parfait.

Замечательный тихий отель в великолепном месте. Приветливая хозяйка, чистота, настоящее баварское гостеприимство.

Платный WiFi - 4 Евро в сутки, причем весьма тормозной. из 35 каналов TV всего пара на английском, и несколько на французском. Завтрак - с 8.00 - если поездка деловая и с утра нужно добираться до Мюнхена (97 км) - нужно выбирать, собирать все пробки или ехать без завтрака.

очень понравилось отношение к истории отеля. это бывшая вилла короля. каждая мелочь, в отеле имеет свою историю. можно сказать, что там царит музейная, тихая обстановка. хотелось все время говорить на полутонах.
