la prima colazione era molto varia e fresca la prima notte si sono dimenticati di fare la stanza dopo aver fatto presente la cosa alla reception nessuno ha chiesto scusa, anzi alla mia richiesta di avere almeno degli asciugamani di ricambio mi è stato detto: ma gli ha gettati a terra ? Servizio navetta praticamente mai possibile da utilizzare |

free shuttle bus to/from airport, late time evening working bar with polite barman, good breakfast The problem with information about place of stop the shuttle bus in airport (2nd floor (level) is unmarked and it is below 1 st level ! what it disorientates passengers completely and we waited over 40 minutes on shuttle bus because driver did not look for passengers on the other floor. No internet connection in the room and necessity of pay for connection. |

Nice morning run through the countryside directly starting at the hotel. If you want to walk for a couple of hours, that's possible, too. No internet connectivity in the room. Had to go downstairs to the lobby to get connectivity. Also internet connectivity is through T-mobile hotspot, which means additional cost for non-T-mobile customers. |

Friendly Staff Old and dodgy place, bathroom & room smelly. Pictures on the website do not reflect the real hotel and cause confusion with the other Ascot hotel in Stuttgart. This did not only happen to us, but multiple other customers. Very bad value for money, This hotel is 1 star, max 1.5, no more for sure. |

This hotel is not airconditioned and has no ambience. Since the room was unbearably hot when I arrived, I decided to cancel my reservation for which I was charged a 90% of booking charge. |

Ich war sehr überracht, keinen Flugzeuglärm in der Nacht gehört zu haben. Ich habe super geschlafen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.Besonders gefreut hat mich der kostenlose, pünktliche Transfer zum Airport. |

Bardzo sprawna i sympatyczna, kulturalna obsługa; wygodny serwis sniadaniowy oraz dobre rekomendacje pobliskich restauracji; funkcjonalne wyposażenie pokoi; dobry dostęp do internetu. Akustyka, będąca wynikiem architektury budynku, co przy funkcji hotelu typu "airport" (rotacja gości o bardzo różnych porach, wczesny serwis śniadaniowy) może być uciążliwe z uwagi na hałas. Problem można rozwiązać zakładając np. tekstylną przesłonę / membranę na wysokości sufitu parteru w części centralnej (likwidacja "efektu studni") |

Der Service am Empfang war sehr gut und freundlich. Der Shuttle Service war innerhalb kürzester Zeit immer da. Der Frühstücksbereich war viel zu klein, musste in der Lounge im Durchzug sitzen, da kein Platz mehr frei war zu einer normal üblichen Zeit, 8:00 Uhr. |

De bus shuttle die me naar het hotel bracht Veel dingen waren slecht: ik heb een "doppelzimmer" gereserveerd maar een "einzelzimmer" gekregen. Kamer was smerig, vies en gescheurd douchegordijn. Muffe geur. Verder is het verder van het hotel dan de beschrijving doet vermoeden. Absolute afrader. |
