Friendly and helpful staffs Free Internet Free Transportation Clean Spacious bedroom and bathroom We paid 3.8 euro for a bottle of water (500mm or more) at the room with a little price tag which we thought it was complimentary.

Next to a shopping center with Media Makt and other stores. Very convenient. The breakfast costed 13 Euro and the food was very good.

Freundliches Personal, dabei hebt sich das Frühstücksteam nochmals eine Klasse nach oben ab. Großes Bad, guter Service, Sauberkeit, angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders das Freiticket für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im gesamten Berliner Raum ermöglichen ein angenehmes Reisen. Rundum zufrieden. Wer nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte, bekommt Probleme mit Verkehrslärm. Die geschlossenen Fenster dämmen Geräusche aber sehr gut weg.

Sauber, preiswert, Autobahn weit genug entfernt, um nicht gehoert zu werden, aber nah genug, um schnell da zu sein. Hinweis auf Bademantel fuer Saunabesuch fehlte, Badewannenamatur offensichtlich auch fuer das Reinigungspersonal defekt.

Internetbeschreibung Komfort Doppelzimmer mit 50 Quadratmeter ist fehlerhaft. Zimmer hat nur ca. 28 Quadratmeter!! Wurde aber kostenlos in eine Suite upgegradet, dass war ok dann!

großzügiges Zimmer und Badezimmer; angenehm feste Matratzen; kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür oder in der Nebenstraße (man ist also nicht auf die kostenpflichtige Hoteltiefgarage angewiesen) zu kleine Kopfkissen

dichtbij Berlijn; bij hotelreservering zat een VBB-kaartje wat toegang gaf tot alle OV in Berlijn voor de volgende dag! Goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg A115 kamer achterzijde lag boven terras, waar groep ouderen nog tot na 24 u. aan het praten en zingen waren.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Abends und morgens musste man zuerst 2 Badewannen voll Wasser laufen lassen, um warmes Wasser zu bekommen (auf Hinweis der Rezeption).

Auf jedenfall die Sauna. Die Zimmer sind schön gross und das Design der Zimmer gefallen mir. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausserdem finde ich sehr gut, dass man ein Fahrschein für den vvb bekommt. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Den Preis für das Frühstück (€13) finde ich nicht angemessen- zu hoch für das was man morgens verzehren kann. Da müsste man sich noch eine Tupperdose voll machen um annähernd den Gegenwert zu verzehren. Ausserdem sollte der Internetzugang im ganzen Hotel kostenlos sein, wie man es in vielen Hotels findet die weniger Sterne haben.
