Close to U bahn. Far away from city center. Hotel refuse to use Visa. The room is not clean. |

The Free parking just over the road was good, and the showers were ok. Had heard good things about the breakfast, suppose it was better than nothing We were put in a "suite" in other words a family room with 5 beds... 3 of which were broken... still there were only 2 of us so it wasn't so bad |

The owners were very friendly, value for your money. The stairs and the noise from the main street. |

the breakfast room and breakfast was of reasonable quality. my shower was broken, they did a make do repair on the 1st night, then repaired it the next day. The rooms were well below standard. There is a whole list of problems. I would have expected this quality if I had paid £20.00 per night. |

Although I arrived 4 hours after reception had been closed (24 instead of 20), I was still welcome. The person on the reception had was already asleep, but he waked up to open me the door and check me in. I am very grateful to him. |

We didn't even stayed after we saw the room. The place was a guess house more than an hotel or I should say a "one night stand facility" if you know what I mean. The owner asked us to pay in cash and in advance and that was already suspicious but we were stupid enough to do it. |

The personel was very nice and tried to compensate the absurd price of the hotel during the exhibition. The normal price of the hotel is 50 eur/night/person, which is OK for the standard of the hotel, but during the IDS exhibition the price was 150 EUR for a single room and 199 EUR for a double room, which is totally ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE for the level of the hotel. |

Unfriendly Staff after hearing I have a dog (even though I informed). Very dirty room! There was a half-smoked cigarette in the drawer next to the bed left! Dead bugs everywhere. Very dirty floor. One of the most dirty hotels I've been to in my life. |

Very nice staff, ready to help in any question. Big rooms, good bathrooms. Nice breakfast with varied menu. Extremely good choice for the price we paid. Didn't find the directions to the hotel on any website... But it was fun to find it. :) |

Has got a new owner. Perfect human relation. The best breakfast we had ever compared to similar places. We stood for six days and the hotel was a great contribution to the niceness of the vacation. |

Because it was mentioned that internet is available, however at price, it was obviously assumed that telephone facility would be available in rooms. Unfortunately, the receptionist had to run and rise to third floor causing annoyance in increased call charges to foreign callers. We also had to instruct counter person to tidy-up room and change towels everyday. |

das Personal war sehr freundlich, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, die Verkehranbindung ist gut die Ausstattung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, wer ein Hotel mit gehobenem Standard erwartet wird enttäuscht sein, zum Angebotspreis zu empfehlen |

Cafe da manha é melhor do que o esperado. Frutas, cereais, queijo, embutidos, suco e cafe. Staff prestativa. Sistema de aquecimento e agua funcionam perfeitamente. Distancia de 5 passos da estaçao de metro, contudo para chegar ao centro da cidade custa 2,40 e mais 2,40 para voltar mas a viagem demora apenas 12 minutos. Quarto tinha um leve cheiro de cigarro, camas desconfortaveis, carpete com manchas. Se precisar passar mais de 2 dias eu nao indico pelo desconforto da cama. |

1. Ciężko nazwać to hotelem. Hostel i to słabej jakości byłby lepszym określeniem. Ponad 800 € za 3 doby w słabym hostelu to raczej skandal. Wstyd, że coś takiego można znaleźć na tak renomowanej stronie jak booking.com. Jak wyżej. Ponadto w hotelach pokoje sprząta się codziennie, a nie raz na jakiś czas, jak ktoś będzie miał ochotę. Wydaje mi się, że ogromne pajęczyny na widoku w łazience i pająki wielkości pięści również nie powinny mieć miejsca, ale... |

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr / Freundliche Bedienung Zimmerausstattung - vor allem der verbrauchte Teppich - steht in einem schlechten Verhältnis zum Preis (der in der Messe-Zeit - und wann ist in Köln keine Messe-Zeit - mit CHF 150 pro Person und Nacht überteuert ist) |

Es war gut erreichbar, Parkplätze waren in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden, das Hotel ist schlicht und einfach, und wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sind total ausreichend. |
