The hotel is near the U bhan station. The rooms are clean, staffs are very kindly. The breakfast is also good.

it is the worst hotel I ever had

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stopped in. Although the price at €69.99 for the night was attractive, it was not worth it. The woman who "Greeted" us at the reception was rude and stunk of stale sweat! She proceeded to try to charge us again for the city tax of €3.50 even though it was cleary stated in our Booking.com receipt that we had paid it. As you climb to the second floor the stairs turn into a loft- ladder and the rail is a metal tube wrapped in gaffer tape! If there has been a fire it would have been a disaster. The only thing that could be said for the bright orange painted room was that it was fairly clean. My brother and I were only there for one night so we decided to put up with it, as it was made clear on booking that the room fee could not be cancelled. Do yourself a favour and pay €10 more - avoid this place.

The hotel (pronounced "ace" in English), was very comfortable and is right next to a tram line into Cologne. The information for the Tram was displayed in the lobby, and the parking was across the street in a lot. Very easy to get to the sites and fun restaurants with just one stop! The proprietor is very friendly and warm.

The lobby is quite small and the wifi only worked down in the reception area. If you plan to use the internet a lot, it would probably be best to find a location in the city to do it in. The neighborhood is sleepy, so you have to go into town for dinner/drinks (not much within walking distance).

Hotel was clean and it was not difficult to get city center and Dom Cathedral from the hotel.

We arrived to the hotel lately because of the roads. However the night receptionist never helped us, he just dropped the key! Communication was bad! His voice was rude at the night!!!

Very closed to messe international fair center. 4 station with the metro

We pay 300,00 euro per day for a room for 4 person! There was 4 different bed, different wardrobes, different bed side table and dirty curtains!!!! We exploit because we booked the room 10 days before and all Cologne was fully booked due the international fair. There was the worst and the most expensive room I have ever booked!

The location.

Confort is bed. Furniture is very old, the wall is dirty, poor bathroom.

In surrounding hotel cannot get draft beer

WiFi is for fee. Thats very terrible. WiFi for free is standart in many hotels I thing.

First of all please change the name. Second, if check out time is at 11, don't let the cleaning staff open the door at 9 am while we are still in bed. Third get an elevator.

Too expensive in relation to the room quality. Bad bathroom. Dirty room.

We did certainly not expect a ***** hotel for this price, but the facilities were a bit disapointing. The room was not clean. Smell of smokers, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast gave the impression of being over the expiry date.

This is not a hotel - it is a brothel. There were individuals lurking in the hallways in the evenings (the pimps). Another evening, a group of men tried to get in and we had to call the police to get them to stay out.
