Access to central Koeln is perfect. Room is clean. The hotel is located in the street the bars open in midnight. Little noise from the street in the midnight. |

Great location, parking was nearby, guy on reception was helpful and moved me to a room which had internet connection, and a larger bed on the basis I am nearly 200 cms tall! Staff all spoke good English |

We liked the central location between the city-park and the train-station/dom close to one of the main shopping streets. The buffet breakfast is excellent (even have maple syrup). Staff is friendly and correct. Sauna was pleasant. Although we had explicitly asked for a quiet, non-smoking room when making our reservation, we were put at first, without notice, in a noisy (on the street-side) smoking room (smell did not get away after opening the windows). The first answer to our complaint was that the hotel was full (not at the time we booked), they could not take into account wishes made through the bookings site (sic! |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für eine Städtetour nach Köln ist die Lage des Hotels ausgezeichnet. |

Es war immer eine Ansprechpartner da. Und das Hotel hat einen Hauseigenen Parkplatz. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. |

Uitstekende ligging, parkeerplaats voldoende, ruime kamer, goed ontbijt, netjes en schoon. De ligging zorgt voor lawaai-overlast in de nacht (kroegen in de buurt) en zonder airco is er in de zomer niet goed te slapen. |
