Access to central Koeln is perfect. Room is clean. The hotel is located in the street the bars open in midnight. Little noise from the street in the midnight. |

Great location, parking was nearby, guy on reception was helpful and moved me to a room which had internet connection, and a larger bed on the basis I am nearly 200 cms tall! Staff all spoke good English |

We liked the central location between the city-park and the train-station/dom close to one of the main shopping streets. The buffet breakfast is excellent (even have maple syrup). Staff is friendly and correct. Sauna was pleasant. Although we had explicitly asked for a quiet, non-smoking room when making our reservation, we were put at first, without notice, in a noisy (on the street-side) smoking room (smell did not get away after opening the windows). The first answer to our complaint was that the hotel was full (not at the time we booked), they could not take into account wishes made through the bookings site (sic! |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm, und Frühstück war auch sehr gut für den Preis. Es wäre gut wenn die Einfahrt in die Parkplätze noch einfacher wäre. Das war zu eng. |

Goed klein hotel, uitstekend verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel, parkeergelegenheid (ook na uitchecken mogelijk), zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, goede kamers incl. badkamer, kortom ideaal voor een weekend Keulen. |

Sehr gutes frühstück. Parkplatz sehr angenehm. Lage is super. Zimmer und bett sehr gut. Im wochenende gibt es in der nacht lärm von passanten an der strassenseite vom hotel, aber das ist immer nur kurz. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind tadellos sauber und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich gut: es ist gesund,ausgewogen, mit nur den allerbesten, frischen Zutaten und es wird immer wieder freundlich nachgereicht. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in diesem Hotel mit Altbau-Charme. Nein, ich werde bestimmt wieder dort übernachten. |
