The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The free wireless internet is a great value. The hotel is at a good place for public transportation. There is also free parking facility behind the hotel. If I go back to Bonn again, I would stay there. The single room was a little bit small but still ok. Two rooms share the same balcony so I could not enjoy the balcony that much. The television was a little bit small and old fashion. |

The TV set is really small indeed. ;) But on the other hand the service was excellent, so I am very satisfied with this Hotel. I would come back again, for sure. Superb for short (and maybe a little longer) business/conference trips! Maybe the small old fashioned TV set, but it is really not an issue. |

We had a group of six people and we stayed one night, but the staff werew really nice and even lent a sharp knife when the pizza we bought hadnt been cut into slices. The bathrooms were really big and really clean. |

Excellent location; on tram route and close to downtown. Great variety for breakfast, even though we can't eat wheat or dairy. Soy milk was available sometimes, and there was lots of meat slices, fruit, juice, oatmeal, and eggs. Fans in the rooms would be nice as there is no air conditioning, but that is expected in Europe. Since it was hot we had to keep the windows open at night, which was loud even with earplugs. |

Hotel staff was very friendly, room was small but adequate. I liked the fact that internet access was free, and passwords were offered without having to ask for it. |

Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Badezimmer, extrem kleines Waschbecken; keine Minibar; die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist so eng, dass sie nur von Kleinwagen passiert werden kann. |

Mein Zimmer war großzügig und hell. Es lag nicht zur Straße, ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung insgesamt schlicht, aber in Ordung. Der Fernseher war zu klein. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Erreichbarkeit mit Straßenbahn, Sauberkeit und renoviertes Badezimmer, kostenloser wlan Internet-Anschluss. Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut. Die angeblich schalldichten Lüfter haben hohe Eigengeräusche. |

Der sehr nette Service durch die Rezeption Die Größe des Zimmers war ein wenig klein, die Lüftung neben dem Fenster war vom Motor her zu laut. |
