Nothing - thanks for busting my ankle I didnt like the fact that there stupid step busted my ankle, and then they had the audacity to ask me for more money for the room!!!! Dont stay there unless you enjoy hobbling around berlin and paying more money for the privilage. |

The hotel was very handy for the local amenities and very close to one of the main u-bahn/s-bahn stations. The in-room internet was not working, but the staff kindly let people use a laptop to access the internet. |

I like very much the location of this hotel, that's why I came back.The staff is very good and kind and the breakfast quite good. I had better room, when I was there for the first time, for smaller price. I miss tea/coffee facilities and the in-room safe is not very modern. I had problems with it.Minibar is OK, but they could offer - free of charge - some mineral water, like in some other hotels of the same cathegory. |

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Astoria where the service and accommodation were excellent and the staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. An experience well worth repeating and to be recommended. |

Very clean spacious rooms / bathrooms, excellent & safe location 5 minutes from the train, S- & U-bahn station (30 mins to Schönefeld), friendly and accommodating staff, basic but tasty breakfast... would recommend this to anyone coming to Berlin on a short break looking for value for money- |

Extremely friendly stuff,very comfortable and spacious room,very quiet,couldn't hear anything if u closed the windows,great location for people who are visiting Berlin for tourism. Zoo railway and subway station is only 250 m away,only 3-4 min.walking,24 hours reception,u can have internet through ur TV with a small fee. Breakfast could be a little better,but ok..nothing really important. |

The location is wonderful, the stuff very good and kind, the room is clean and the bathroom as well. The breakfast (included) very rich and tasty. I asked for non smoking room and I got the smoking one, but it didn't matter. I even had the balcony; there was mini bar and safe. I missed tea and coffee facilities. I think there is no air-condition, which is bad for hot Summertime, but for me, being there on November, it was ok. |

Location is perfect for transportation and sightseeing. Breakfast quantity and quality was very good. TV set is more complicated to operate than necessary, in-room internet did not function, breakfast room was generally crowded and one had to wait for a table. |

The two receptionists on the evning of checking i and the next morning were very accomodating and friendly. The hotel was undergoing renovation on the ground floor at the time of my stay. |

Location is good and rooms are look nice. Some rooms are a little cosier than and others such as the ones with the high roof. Everything is very clean. There was a reconstruction so during breakfast we could not hear each other speak. There should have been a fair discount offered which was not the case. |
