l'ottima posizione rispetto alla possibilità di visitare berlino per la centralità dell'hotel e la vicinanza a tutti i mezzi pubblici(efficientissimi!) niente in particolare forse solo la macanza di bagnoschiuna e shampoo nel bagno(vi sono solo due flaconi ricaricabili-e perciò non particolarmente igienici -di sapone)cosa che comunque ho riscontrato in tutto il nord europa anche in hotel a 4 stelle |

L'hotel è situato in buon punto, molto comodo sia per raggiungere la metropolitana che per arrivare comodamente a piedi nella zona commerciale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, le stanze sono spaziose e luminose, la colazione è molto buona. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. |

breakfast, comodità mezzi pubblici ( S-bahn e U-bahn ) a circa 500 m Posizione camera adiacente a una via con molto traffico per cui molto rumorosa anche di notte.Mancando l'aria condizionata col caldo è necessario tenere le finestre aperte . |

Questo hotel è molto comodo per la vicinanza alla S Bahn, alla U Bahn e al capolinea degli autobus di Zoologischer Garten e al Ku'Dam. Il personale dell'albergo è disponibile e la camera è adeguata. Non c'è l'aria condizionata in camera e quindi si soffre il caldo soprattutto di notte. |

The hotel is located very well, just 5 min from S and U bahn Zoo as well as Ku'damm str. There is a good supermarket on the way to the S bahn, working till 22:00. The hotel is ok generally, the breakfast was not bad with good and wide selection. What was dissapointing - first of all, the staff who was not too friendly at the check in, then they didn't react to our request to stop the noise (some drunk teens) under our balcony after 23:00. The other important thing is that our bedlinen and towels were never changed in 6 days!! When we put the towel to the floor on the 5th day, the maiden just put it back from the floor on the hanger!!! The situation looked really strange for 3 star hotel with such a promosing name - Astoria! |

Convient to excellent shopping. Easy access to public transport for visiting places of interest. Friendly staff who spoke english. Problem with keeping shower head in place |

location very convenient within 5 minutes of S and U Bahn stations. very clean through out. bedroom a large single with excellent floor space and no external noise at all. English speaking staff on reception. lots of choice at breakfast. |

Good location near Zoo station and downtown. Breakfast is nice and reasonable. Room and exterior is old fashioned but comfortable and silent. A WLAN providor used in this hotel (GANG?) is compatible with my panasonic made PC. Although I do not use a proxy server, I cannot connect the WLAN because I received a message that a proxy server is detected. |

Position near Tegel's airport and Exhibition center. Nice area with restorants and shops. Single room with a too short bed placed within two walls. I'm 1.83 tall and bed possibly 5 cm longer. I was all time touching my leg's fingers with the wall. |

The hotel was in a lovely resential neighborhood near public transportation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The showerhead was too high and it was very difficult to get out of the bathtub safely. |

Nothing - thanks for busting my ankle I didnt like the fact that there stupid step busted my ankle, and then they had the audacity to ask me for more money for the room!!!! Dont stay there unless you enjoy hobbling around berlin and paying more money for the privilage. |

The hotel was very handy for the local amenities and very close to one of the main u-bahn/s-bahn stations. The in-room internet was not working, but the staff kindly let people use a laptop to access the internet. |

I like very much the location of this hotel, that's why I came back.The staff is very good and kind and the breakfast quite good. I had better room, when I was there for the first time, for smaller price. I miss tea/coffee facilities and the in-room safe is not very modern. I had problems with it.Minibar is OK, but they could offer - free of charge - some mineral water, like in some other hotels of the same cathegory. |

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Astoria where the service and accommodation were excellent and the staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. An experience well worth repeating and to be recommended. |

Very clean spacious rooms / bathrooms, excellent & safe location 5 minutes from the train, S- & U-bahn station (30 mins to Schönefeld), friendly and accommodating staff, basic but tasty breakfast... would recommend this to anyone coming to Berlin on a short break looking for value for money- |
