Hotel Astoria  

Ottima posizione (5 min. A piedi dal quartiere fieristico e 20 dal centro). Facile da raggiungere e nessun problema per lasciare l'auto grazie al parcheggio privato.

Sicuramente locazione tranquilla e letto comodo.

La mancanza di ristorante interno e poca scelta di locali nei paraggi. Struttura un po' vecchia

Hotel Astoria was exactly what we were looking for - a nice clean hotel with good reputation in a quiet street not far from the city centre, where we could have a triple room at an affordable rate, breakfast included. We realised that it could not be an upper class hotel for that rate (90€ per night/triple room), and it was not, but it was perfectly ok for us. Although according to their homepage (hmm...see their German description) the triple room is 'business class' - whatever this should mean :) - probably, that there are an electric kettle plus some instant coffee and tee bags on the table. It was a normal clean room, large enough for three. The location was perfect for us - just 50 m from the U-Bahn (subway) station, but also within walking distance of 15-20 min to the city centre. The guests can use a computer with internet connection and printer in the meeting room, which is useful, because the signal and speed of Wi-Fi in the rooms are varying. The staff is nice and friendly. The German/continental breakfast is good, their freshly baked bread rolls are delicious. The hotel guests can use the fitness studio in the neighbouring house for free.

The only real "drop of tar in the honeypot" was the electric kettle in the room, which the cleaning staff had obviously forgotten to look inside for a long time - it was dirty and even moulded. But then after contacting the reception it was replaced immediately. The signal and speed of Wi-Fi in the rooms are varying. The third bed was a foulding couch, which was not so comfortable, but large enough for two - so the triple room would also easily accommodate four people. :)

We were on business trip to Frankfurt Messe. Hotel Astoria is located in 10 min by walk from the fair. It's very convinient to go to the fair. Moreover the breakfast is good, rooms are clear, the staff is very friendly.

The TV set should be modern.

Location! Close to exhibition center!

Poor heating in the room while cold temperatures outside! Not very cheap for what it offers! Rooms rather small and poorly fitted.

It was always very warm room and clean and comfortable.

Hotel staffs are very helpful. Enough parking space and very close to the nearest station.

Unavailable parking at the hotel. We had to parking on the street where were few places. Internet doesn´t work !!!

Good location for visit exhibition ground. Own parking. Close to center and old city (walking distance). Good breakfast. Easy to find. Free wifi in all hotel incl. rooms

Parking is very small (just only for 6-8 cars). Wifi is not on rooms located at the end of corridor / hall

Tiny room, no bath, no hair drier, tiny TV. Very BASIC room and still I was charged nearly 3 times the normal rate due to Frankfurt Motor show!! This is criminal!! I will never use this hotel again!!
