Trevlig personal och bra läge. Att hotellgäster och andra står utanför entrén och röker. Kanske inte hotellets fel, men väldigt irriterande. |

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till om man skall besöka mässan i Frankfurt. Det är rent och ett ok medelklass hotell. Parkering finns. |

We stayed overnight in order to fly out of the airport the next day. The connections to the airport were excellent. |

Very clean and quiet hotel. Gentle staff, great breakfast buffet and good parking facilties. We did some shopping from that location, also ideal for people visiting the messe/ fair (walking distance). There is no elevator - not so easy for families with prams. |

Short distance from Haupbanhof, next to the Frankfurt Messe, all is possible by foot - - or metro - Hotel is very good - familyowned - breakfest very ok |

The only thing we liked it was it's location. Asked for non-smoking room, but did not get it.The receptionist (a man) was not very friendly and helpful. |

the hotel staff were very nice, it was close to exhibition place (IAA) and at breakfast you had quite a lot to chose from... reception on the hallway, furniture is out of date and the tapestry is bad |

Perfect location (2 minutes' walk to the entrance of the Frankfurt Messe). One of the less expensive hotels in the area. Quality of the beds is okay. Room and especially the bathroom weren't tidy. The rooms and the hotel are rather old and could use a facelift. The WiFi/internet connection is horrifying: slow, lag, interruptions every minute (uploading 50 MB of pictures to a server took me 2 hours), so do not book this hotel if you need to work online. Breakfast was merely acceptible. Curtains were too thin, room lit up too brightly in the morning. Very expensive for the given comfort/tidyness/quality. |

Very reasonably priced, very nice breakfast. Really nice staff and facilities. Great location; 2 mins from U-bahn and just over 5 from the main station. I think 4* is a little generous but for the amount we paid, I am not complaining. Blood on a towel was a bit unpleasant. |

Location in quiet lane 6/7 minute walking from the Central Station. Room and toilet were both cosy and spacious. Faults common to many budget hotels in Germany, like: too big and too soft pillows, curtains not so thick to shade morning light, walls so thin you could hear every worker get up and get ready at 7 a.m. (I think my room was next to somebody's else toilet). Also: average buffet for those who enjoy continental breakfast, but lousy for latinos like me who just have a croissant or a slice of cake in the morning (not a single one offered!). |

Breakfast was excellent - fresh, wide selection, quality. Very good location close to the Messe Frankfurt and Metro U4 (right at the door). Room was little bit smaller. Wireless internet was free but very slow. |

The staff were helpfull and friendly. The hotel was ideally situated in a good well lit area and it felt safe to walk around at night. The railway station was a maximum of 10mins walk away and tranm and underground stops within two minutes. |

The breakfast was very good and there was a good choice of fresh products, specially fruit. The courtains were too thin and the light could come in. Moreover, the room was near the lobby and there was too much noise.The bathroom was very small. |

Particularly liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Perhaps the lack of lift if you have a heavy suitcase to carry up the stairs and no porter to help you. |
