Die Freundlichkeit des Personals - sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Steht in einer Seitenstraße und ist sehr ruhig. Bushaltestelle ist gleich in der Nähe - nur 5 Haltestellen und man ist im Zentrum.

freundlicher kompetenter Service des vorwiegend sehr jungen Personals das Haus ist ziemlich herunter gekommen - fleckige Teppichböden, gesprungene Fließen, Schimmelpilzbefall im Bad - dringend Renovierung erforderlich; Frühstück vom einfachsten Status - zwei STerne maximal . - eher ein Stern!

Im Vorfeld hatte ich angefragt ab die Zimmer barrierefrei seien. Dies wurde positiv beantwortet und auf den Personenaufzug verwiesen. Das Bad - Zimmer 33 - war für mich als oberschenkelamputiren sehr schwer nutzbar. Eine Nutzung der Dusche war unmöglich. Wenn hier auch keine Beschwerden stehen sollen halte ich meinen Hinweis für bessere Infos für die Angebotsauswahl für in der Mobilität eingeschränkte Gäste für dringend erforderlich

Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt und direkt an der Uniklinik gesicherte Nachtruhe, die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und vor allem die Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr bemüht. Einrichtung sehr verwohnt, Teppiche fleckig, Zimmer haben kein Flair, Dusche/Nasszelle !! hat Stockflecken und Schimmel an Decke und Fugen, Duschwand eklig, wenig fruchtig Frisches beim Frühstück, Eingangstüren (Fluchtwege ? ) sind abends 2fach abzuschließen,

gutes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter, ordentliche Zimmer, teilweise recht ruhig gelegen der Wasserdurchfluß in der Dusche ist spärlich, ca. 1,5 Liter pro Minute. Man muß sich anstregnen, um naß zu werden und die Seife abzuspülen. Das ist un akzeptabel.

Großartig war die Bereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiterin, mein Zimmer am Abreisetag länger bereit zu halten, damit ich mich nach einem Marathon im Regen noch duschen konnte. Vielen Dank für diesen nicht selbstverständlichen Service!

Personalul este foarte atent si totul este foarte curat. Este un hotel destul de mic, cu spatii relativ reduse, dar suficiente, daca nu esti foarte pretentios.

die Lage; freundliches Personal Der Kaffee war von billigen Bohnen; die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen., kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Fernseher zu klein, Fernbedingung funktioniert nur mit Nachdruck.
