All the reasons why it was still available! The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. It was a nightmare to find. Did not have room service or any restaurant, which is terrible for a hotel at over 200 Euro a night!

nothing really (i was aware of the location, I needed to be close to the highway but not too far from the city centre, therefore i can not complain that it was not centrally located).

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Astra. The rate was excellent! After a long day, our children were able to have their own space and the parents were able to relax in quiet. We liked the fact that the grocery story was around the corner and there was a nearby park for our children. The hotel staff were friendly and accomodating and even provided two fans for our split room. The breakfast was a feast! We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Dusseldorf. Thank you again.

My only concern was the ventilation. There were some warm days and the windows could only open so far. However, we were provided with two fans for our two rooms. The hotel staff saw that our needs were met. Thank you.

The staff were really helpful, and our family room was really comfortable.The room staff cleaned our rooms every day. Reception staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices for everyone.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but you can get a tram outside or a taxi to the city centre for about 10 euros. The only thing that would have made it better was to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Cleanliness was good, staff was friendly. Simple but relevant facilities, especially internet! Fantastic. Good price. Lots of free parking space.

Tv was too small, but not really a big problem considering the price of the hotel. location not so good though, but no problems as long as you're driving.

Ideaal gelegen om te gaan shoppen in Dusseldorf! Met de wagen hoef je het centrum niet in. Je kan hem gewoon parkeren aan het hotel op hun privé parking en dan een 15 min. met de tram (halte vlakbij) naar het centrum. Heel propere kamers. Ideaal voor een citytrip!

Wij verblijven vaker in dit hotel. Het is een goed hotel en het ontbijt is erg goed. Parkeerruimte in overvloed, vriendelijk personeel en een leuke warme kamer met goede bedden.
