Staff very accommodating. The receptionist dropped me in her own car to my meeting 10 minutes away after the scheduled shuttle bus left without me. That is service above and beyond. A little too quiet. But that is Walldorf :-)

Friendly staff and Salads incl meats etc were left uncovered at room temprature and not in a chilled area.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung und toskanischem Ambiente, umfangreiche Auswahl an DVDs (kostenfrei), wlan ebenfalls kostenfrei, super Frühstücksbuffet mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen, ich habe wunderbar im Wasserbett im Lavendelzimmer geschlafen. Top Service seitens des Personals. Es gab gute Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung (Z. B. Inline scaten auf dem Hockenheimring oder Besichtigung von Speyer, Heidelberg und Schwetzingen) Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall meine erste Wahl beim nächsten Walldorftrip.
