The staff is friendly and efficient. The confort is good, very clean.

Not really a 4* hotel. I would say 3*+. The distance to S-Bahn 1.2 km.

1. The room service was very bad. Second night we did not have bath gel. 3Rd night we did not have bathroom floor math, nor hand towels, nor bath towels. I had to wait about 10 minutes to have them at my room. Imagine entering the bath and you are without towel at 10 pm. It was advertised that wifi is available free at the receiption. This is not correct as when we were asking for the code, in many cases we were informed that it was not working. This was not true since when insisted with the receptionist he gave us the line. The restaurant: Same menu for 3 months with 3 alternatives for the main course. Sure it was not value for mony. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was very comfortable. I like the light and the view from the balcony. It is easy to arrive from main train station of Frankfurt. You just take No. 21 bus to Station Rehn.

The signal of the internet was very weak. We bought 2 days wireless which cost us 23 euro. But the signal of the internet worked badly...

It was close to the airport and has lots of parking

Our room was terrible. The water from the sink was brown, the sink did not drain, and neither did the tub. A restaurant and bar was advertised but they decided to close for the week. I'm an American living in Germany and I understand that hotel standards are different but this one was bad. I won't be staying here again.

Few minutes away from the busy airport and from the city.

The parking fee of 13 euro daily since there is ample of free parking space on the nearby roads,

Distence to A/P

Room Size, no internet in the room, Shuttle to A/P starts at 7:00 and cost money (never mentioned in web site) we almost return the car. our flight leave early. A bit noisy.

The staff was helpful and friendly

I like the hotel's atmosphere. And also people working at reception are very friendly....und breakfast at the cafe is in good quality.

Too many but paid from premium internet and it was rubbish both wi/hard.

Very noisy. Did not receive shuttle service although we ordered it. Breakfast too expensive. (15 Euros each)

It is ok

The room could do nicely with a kettle. Also new windows would be recommended as the noise from the landing planes is distracting.

The beds are very comfortable and there is air condition in the room. It is very useful in the summer, especially it is very hot in Aug there.

there are no water boiled pot equipment, We can't make tea!!

The provide you with airport pickup. And the staff is excellent.

There is a long walk to the tram station so that did not help. The hotel is a really nice place, but its located in a more residential area, so it meals could be an issue, you need to walk around 5-10mins to find a place to grab something to eat.

Difficult to find, according to navigation adress didn't exist. Wi-fi extremly expensive!!

I don't think they charge enough it's a very decent hotel although they could offer free wifi in rooms 17 euro for a day is a bit steep...

Very convenient to the airport but much quieter than the usual airport hotel. Staff was helpful and responsive. Facilities clean.

Air conditioner did not work properly and it was very hot. No instructions in the room about use of phone. No free wi-fi in rooms

Smart clean modern hotel. Multi-lingual staff.

Nothing provided except on extra payments, no coffee/tea in room, Wi-Fi on payment, breakfast 15 euro, parking 13 euro/day (ample parking free in surrounding streets). Directions to hotel (from Koln) were confusing and referred to streets which were not signposted.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Room were nice and clean.

There was a strong sewage smell coming from the toliet throughout my stay.
