Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt-Airport  

Was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety of food.

It was farther from the airport than what we understood from the hotel information and it was expensive to take a cab because we were unaware that you had to arrange for the shuttle 24 hours in advance. We took the shuttle back to the airport and still had to pay, less than the cab however.

Close to the Frankfurt Airport. Quiet.

Very difficult to find the hotel. Parking is poor unless you want to pay an additiional 13 Euros per night. No free Airport shuttle. No coffee maker in the room and it cost me nearly 10 Euros for 2 cups!!! Lots of better options are available. I will not stay again.

hotel staff were excellent esp. bartender/waiter who got us dinner and drinks even though he was closing up...room was very very clean and very comfortable...amazing view of Frankfurt skyline

Shuttle only runs until 21:00 and you have to book it 24 hours in advance which was a bit of a pain as we had to get a taxi to it and taxi didn't really know where it was.....however shuttle (which is man who drives a car was very nice and journey was very comfortable) there is a surcharge however...restaurant and bar only open until 22:00 which for a 4 star hotel and airport hotel is very disappointing...not everyone gets in at dinner time!

Very close to the motorway, nice and clean room.

No free internet in the room, otherwise all fine.

Internet is being charged, mini bar is empty. Staff is not even willing to bring drinks up to your room, they simply tell you to pick it up from the reception. The shower was cold the first morning and poorly dripping out.

No boiler for hot water and they dont provide boiler for you even you asked.

The staff is nice, the room is clean and comfortable . I like the breakfast.

rooms were too small. Doors were difficult to open.

Not a lot, maybe breakfast?. Needs complete rennovation. Usual cheap airport stop-over quality.

One reason we booked this hotel for a June stay was the advertised air conditioning. It was not until we after we had checked in (and pre-paid as required) and gone up to our rooms that we found a letter there saying that the air conditioning had been temporarily "removed due to balcony renovations." This should have been disclosed to guests before arrival - and cetainly before check-in and payment. Room internet chrages of 8 Euros an hour and 18 Euros a day is ridiculous.

The hotel is in a quite area. Staff is kind. Room is spacious.

We happened to be in Frankfurt during the Techtextil Messe. All other hotels in the area were fully booked. Room was overpriced, probably for this reason. The hotel is not close to public transportation and to any of the city attractions. The curtain didn't prevent the room from being in the sunlight since 5AM. TV was having only German channels. Internet rate was very expensive (something like 18 euros per day)
