there is no free parking. asked for double bed but instead there were 2 single beds close to each other. when i tried to contact the hotel prior to my arrival by e-mail they didnt get back to me.
Friendly staff, comfortable and clean.
Nothing really. Bit disappointed there were no scrambled eggs at breakfast one morning but that's not the end of the world.
friendly and capable staff coupled with nice touches in decor and clean environs. A good value and a pleasant home away from home.
nice place, big rooms, friendly
internet just doesn't work
The bed is good
wifi too slow
+ proximity to the city center + comfortable room
- I could sometimes hear the trains at night since the hotel is located close to the main train station
close to center. friendly
Location- handy for railway and major cycling routes. Breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Big rooms.
The location of the hotel was good. We also liked the breakfast.
It is a nice hotel and very close to all locations I want to visit
very helpful and friendly staff. Marvellous breakfast. Convenient for transport. value for money.
Breakfast was fine and with 6€ really worth the price.Very good location, staff was OK.
They should have fruit at breakfast... And I am not a fan of carpets.
I left my laptop in the room, the sweet people at this hotel, called me and then after realizing I was already 4 hours away from the hotel, mailed my laptop to my home, I got it the next day. I am so happy with this stay and the services of this hotel that I will never stay in another hotel in Hannover as long as there is a room available at the Atlanta...
There is nothing that I didn't like about this hotel, absolutely nothing! Everything was just right!
Breakfast was superb and a great value for the price of 6 Euro. Thank you
The breakfast was delicious and very filling. The room was really large and comfortable.
If you are a light sleeper you might find it a bit noisy since it is near a main road and the railway line.. The wifi kept dropping out when I tried to use it.
value for money breakfast
We had double room. It was big, clean and comfortable.
Internet didn't work anywhere.
To main train station The location is not too far
Breakfast fast was not OK
Nice beakfast, decent price, close to city
Wi-Fi did not work
Dont be deceived by the outer exterior. Was a bit impressed and didnt expect the interior. As this doesnot match the exterior. The morning reception was very friendly and good. Attend to our needs as we were travelling with a baby, we were allowed to check-in a bit earlier and given a bigger room. Provided with hot water for my baby since i brought along baby thermos.
Access to enter the hotel was not friendly for buggy
Breakfast was ok and is worth the 6€. Free parking on the street only on Sundays. On other days you have to pay so better choice is to pay the hotel and use their parking lots - few in front of the hotel and few on the other side of the stree (they offer also a closed parking for those who want that, at higher price - 15€/day if I remember well). In 5 minutes you are at the main railway station which was nice. There you can shop even on sundays (if you don't know, shops in Germany are closed on sundays). There is Rosmann drug store (actually 2 of them, a big and small one) and the LIDL discounter where you can buy food and/or drinks or anything else you might need. For eating/drinking outside I suggest Cafe Extrablatt which is like 6-7 minutes from the station. They are a chain so you might find them in other DE cities.
Two WiFi networks. Worked on the smartphone but didn't work on two Google Nexus tablets. WEP secured which is outdated. Pretty simple room. Newly painted but nothing new, like staying at granny's :)
Location is very convenient and the room is cozy
the wifi connection in the room is very poor
Good location close to main station. Friendly helpful staff. Parking.
WiFi could not be piked up in room.
Hotel was very central and staff were hospitable
Hotel room was very very basic indeed and the WIfi didn’t not even reach our room or any other guests rooms. When we were connected to the internet at reception (only place we could connect, with laptops only and not via our phones), the speed was very slow. The room itself was ok but I noticed that the glass of the shower had not even been cleaned at all from the previous person staying as it was all dirty. Shower was very small and in the room there was no tea or drinks available or even a fridge. The room was minute and after paying in excess of 300 euro we felt they that we were just being very over priced for a room that would not cost 40 in the UK normally. Way overpriced and dated room with no Ethernet connection and the room overlooked a rooftop with a very unpleasant site. Certainly would dream of coming back to this venue. Just another example of hotel capitalising on vulnerable tourists that have nowhere else to stay but that this hotel. Breakfast was ok but when items ran out, clients were told that there “was no more sorry” which is not very good service
Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
Elevator stops working at 22:00
