It was vastly outdated and old fashioned, uncomfortable and overpriced. The window in my room was broken. It was at least quiet. |

The location was near the Frankfurt HBF and Messe and was very convenient. I was not able to find the entrance of the parking area, and the parking area in the underground was very small. |

The fact that the female receptionist was very helpful and efficent. My 'complaints' and requests were dealt with very quickly. Location was perfect, only 10 mins walk to the Messe and five mins from the main railway station. No need for expensive taxis or public transport. My bedroom was at the back and it overlooked some less than pretty views! |

Checkin was easy. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Bed was acceptable but the matress could have been firmer and it was somewhat difficult for me to plug in my cpap machine due to the location of the plug. While it is near the central train station, it is somewhat roundabout to get to the hotel by taxi or get back to the central train station by taxi which is necessary for luggage purposes. I thought also that the hotel was overpriced for what it was, by about one third. |

Very friendly staff. Nearness to town centre. Room spacious and clean. On site parking. Good breakfast. Round corner from some sex shops. Wouldn't feel comfortable as loan female in the area... although it was very well policed. There was nothing to complain about regarding the hotel itself. |

Room is fairly comfortable, clean. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient for the city trip - next to the Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn station. Good value for money, to recommend for 1-2 night stay for a not too demanding person. Room is very small. |

Close to exhibition grounds, train station and tram. Good breakfast and reliable internet once access was granted. Friendly staff. There were no hidden costs or charges. The area it is situated in is not for family stays - purely business, as it is close to the red light area. The cigarette smell throughout the hotel was bad. No restaraunt or bar. Only one iron and ironing board in the entire hotel so no guaranteed access to them. Tiny elevator. Internet access took a day to organise. |

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was well supplied, hotel is close to public transport ( and main central station), but there was no sound from traffic when windows were closed. Around the hotel there were surtain streets you should stay out of, lots of strange figures, hotel was close to redlight district. Day- and nighttime strolls into town should be taken through the Keizerstrasse. |

Location Brilliant. Walking distance to train station and Fair messe. Breakfast was good. Would recommend but not as a top class hotel. Totally over priced. First room I totally objected to as you would have to pass through the dining room and all single beds; requested double bed. Old decor and was not up to 3* hotel. |

Excellent staff. Good size rooms. Although the rates and payment conditions during the trade fair are outrageous (as is true for all central Frankfurt hotels), the room rates were staggered so were not ridiculously expensive throughout the whole of the week. |
