The location is very close to the central station Frankfurt. The lady on the reception is kind and does her best, but it is beyond the ability of one personel to deal with check-out of many guests at once. If you would like to start or have few time, you should check out in earlier time. |

sehr freundliches personal und gute strassenbahn anbindung (haötestelle nur 10 meter vom hotel entfernt) im maerz bereits gebucht fuer 280,00 euro pro nacht. ein paar tage vor der anreise ist der preis fuer die zweite nacht auf 180,00 euro gefallen. eine erstattung der differenz (100 euro) lehnte das hotel strikt ab. die matratzen sind sehr billig und ein angenehmer so schlaf nicht moeglich. das zimmer war bei erstbezug nicht gut gereinigt (haare vom vorbewohner und urinierte klobrille) |
