My mature daughter and I spent 2 nights at this Hotel as a stopover/visit to Bremen on our return home from attending a family wedding in Northern Germany. As I had been to Bremen 2 months prior, I knew I wanted to be near the sights and shopping area. The Hotel, located a two minute walk from the Market Square, was great for us! New Year's Day we had our evening meal in "The Alto", the hotel restaurant. The food was plentiful, hot, and delicious and our server was very attentative and helpful. The staff we dealt with could converse with us in English and were considerate to us.

The only thing we did not like was people talking loudly in the hallway at 3am on our second night which awoke both of us. Perhaps they were just very noisy. We were a bit disappointed that the quiet room we requested with a bathtub had only a shower (but we did not complain).

Staffs were friendly make me feel warm in the cold season especially traveling alone, the room was comfort as having a relaxing fragrance around you. I'd like to recommend it to solo, couple and family travellers, you won't regret it!! Forgot to say , the hotel location is good as well, short walking to the the riverside Xmas market and museum.

The hotel is in the centre and near the river! Nice design en very nice rooms! Friendly staff I would come another time!

I would have liked a dressing table with a mirror rather than a desk with no mirror.

Unfortunately rooms arenot provided with WiFi, adaptor are available at the reception desk but only a few bumber of...that's not fair.

- Few minutes walk from old town, river, most traditional attractions & most shops. - Very helpful with early & late timing to accommodate flights. - Nice views from rooms. - Rooms on one side face the Glockenspiel Bells, which play tunes every hour !

Minor - but they dont have Earl Grey tea in the rooms or available, - but the supermarket is only 2 - 3 mins away !

The hotel was beautifully decorated,clean comfortable and modern rooms and in a great location. Lovely bar and restaurant and rooftop terrace. Excellent service and though we were a few hours early due to early flights the receptionist checked us in straight away.

Rooftop terrace bar was closed during our stay.

The hotel has unbeatable location just on the edge of the old city. Room was large and comfortable.

Breakfast was not included in the room price. During Friday night there was some loud music either outside or in the same building.
