Very clean Location

Twin beds were doubles with two duvets.

Unfortunately, I can't say many good things about it. I traveled alone in April for a 50 € rate per night. My aim was being close to the station. However, I would probably take one further away the next time given the great metro connection. I guess for 50 € being close to the station one can't expect much, yet there are a few things I need to address in the cons section.

Location: While conveniently located close to the station the area looked pretty shabby. There were lots of bet&win bars with strange people hanging out, sex shops, and massive amounts of kebab shops. Reception: I've seen three receptionists there. The first guy and the girl doing the night shift weren't very friendly. Only the third one in the morning was nice. Room: The rooms are very small, the mattress way too soft, and the walls dirty. At first I was given a smelly smoker's room. After complaints I received another one. The rooms to the street are very noisy but you can hear also every little step from the corridor. I refused a 10€ backside upgrade and bought ear plugs instead. Cleanliness: Sheets and bathroom were alright, yet the soap dispenser was broken and the walls full of scratches. Worst was, that the cleaning personnel didn't put new plastic bags in the bathroom's garbage bin but just emptied them. There was still old blood in the one in my room!!! I felt pretty disgusted and won't come back to this hotel...

Very close to Munich Hbf railway station. The service was friendly and helpful. I know only a couple of German words, and both receptionists I encountered had excellent English, which was a huge plus. When I asked the morning receptionist for directions to a shop where I could buy a razor to shave with, he handed me a travel pack with a razor and some shaving gel inside -- free! Excellent.

The room was quite small, though that is totally to be expected given the price and location!

Level of service and clean, tidy hotel

Rooms are very compact.

It is close to the Hauptbahnhof,train station.It is near the beer fest and the City center.Reception is open 24 hour's.

That was a big surprise to find lots of big and small bugs on a bed that bit from feet to the head. The torn bed linen and broked lighting in a bathroom. Fells like you are in a crypt.

A very good correlation of the price and the quality. Sure for this 3 stars you will not get the swimming pool and great spa, but that's a very good variant for a city trip stay, when you spend the minimum time at the hotel. The breakfasts are good.

The lift is extremely funny, as if not a single person has died in it)))

Location was great, close to Munich Hbf which is a great vocal point in Munich. Bathroom, was obviously the main thing renovated lately, super nice.

Window was broken so lots of noise throughout the night, and super cold. Small! It's way smaller than the pictures make it seem. People, could have been a bit nicer...

Friendly staff who spoke good English (important as unfortunately I don't speak German).

Couldn't get a breakfast on thursday. A large group went in before us and we thought we could just walk in without prior notice.

The location is very good, just 5 min walking distance from the Central Train Station. The breakfast was good, too. Budget friendly, considering that Munich is expensive.

The reception staff is not the most friendly so to speak. They could use some smiling techniques and eye contact training. The room was very loud, felt like we slept with the windows opened. Also, it was windy and cold in the room. The bathroom wasn`t too clean either (especially the hairdryer).

It was clean, the staff very helpful. The unusual shower wasn't a problem at all. Location excellent, although somewhat far from my main destination (Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte).

With the windows closed, you could hear every noise from the street. The room was indeed tiny, but when you need it just to stay overnight, it's ok.

Among 3 staffs I have met only one was excellent, who welcomed me warmly at the time of check in, in the room there was no rack for towels, the cost was somehow high

Parking, noise from street

It looked very nice on the web. Wifi worked ind the hardest hours.

The room was very tiny. The noises from the street and the corridor are coming in. I didnt find any cable tv, anyways, the remote went wrong.

Proximity to Central station

The room was very small. Double bed fit all the space. Bathroom was humid and had black mold in the corners.

The Staff is very nice and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is good as well. The room is nice and cozy.

first time in a hotel where you have to turn on the electricity in your room yourself!

Most of all I liked the location of the hotel. It is very close to the central station and the old city/ main platz. The room was clean and warm. I think it is great choice for the money.

The room was small, good for 3-4 days, but not good if you travel with large bags. The only not-functional thing in the room was the large window, it had broken handle and didn't close good so you could hear the noise from the street.

Nice, clean, moderm furniture and bath, freindly staff on 24h duty, breakfast buffet from 6-30, and only 10-15 minutes walking to the main station. Among the best comfort/price offer comparing to other hotels in the Main Station area.

Elevator is only for 2 people max, or 1 with a large suitcase :)
