The location is very close to the Hauptbahnhof; rooms are clean and suitable; furniture is new and convenient; stuff is friendly and helpfull. I booked a doubleroom, though appon arrival it turned out that all doubles are fully booked, but the stuff offered two singles for the price of one double. But one single was suitable for two as well :) |

Good location close to central train station. Rooms are small but for the price we paid they are fine. Had everything we needed and laundromat located over the road. |

It situates in one very convenient place for public transportation,it's one ideal place for shopping, sight-seeing and business The equipments are insufficient. The rooms situate in road side are very noisy. The space of the room is very small. One thing very strange is that even for one double bed, they put two single drape to cover the bed instead one big. And the coverture is so small, if someone is fat, it cannot even cover the full body. They have not enough invest on the details. |

nothing stood out as being overly positive small rooms, no 'in-room' facilities (like kettle) |

Close proximity to Munich Central Station. No Tea/Coffee facilities in the room, nor any available in the hotel itself, except for breakfast. |

The location close to the Main Train Station was very good. It was easy walking distance even with suitcases, but not knowing that in advance, the taxi charges additionally for suitcases! The room was minute! The evening staff was uninterested, almost seemed bored. This was not really a hotel for travelers who are adults. There were student groups staying there, and it was appropriate for the high school students. |

The free internet access was helpful. The bathroom was clean and modern. It would have been useful to have drawers in the room where I could place unpacked items. There was only a shelf. |

I actually only stayed over night, but the staff was friendly, the rooms clean, breakfast was just fine The rooms were rather small, the guy at the reception desk spoke german only (or very poor english)-rather unusual for a city hotel |

Location was perfect. Easy walk to Oktoberfest event (5 minutes) & train station (where we rented bikes). Price was very reasonable. Shuttle driver to & from airport was very friendly & helpful. Hotel staff were always helpful & friendly as well. Rooms were a little small. |
