comfortable hotel in an excellent location to explore the old part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. it was an easy day-trip to Oberammergau and to Neuschwanstein castle

The reception staff especially nora she is nice girl helpfull The site is near to the center It was old luxury hotel I will return back to this hotel

the Bed was a bit to hard!

The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. Since our baby was sick at dinner time we could not go down to the restaurant to eat, but the waiter just brought the food to our room. Very delicious food - the breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be back.

Their charging system prices didn't match what I got on Bookings. Com's site but it was corrected with no fuss. Having to leave to return home !

Very nice hotel in a beautiful building directly in the old town centre. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Neatly arranged sauna. Glass of champagne to welcome us. Check-out until 11 am

Check.in from 4 pm - this is pretty late for private travels. Bar squeezed beside an open kitchenette - the smells can be pretty intense.

It took me a little while to work out how to switch on the water for the bath, the handle rotates and tilts, tilt puts on the water, some instructions to show this in the room would be good, i am technical person, i'm sure reception have had calls sbout this from other people,

Small rooms, but expected. Hard beds.

Location was good - it was on a street with many nice restraunts. It is rather far from skiing but we had a car and it's not a problem for us. It was very tasty breakfast.

Room cleaning was poor - they changed towels and thats it (even didn't clean the floor!) I don't reccomend this hotel for people with infants - there is no playing room and very small rooms.

Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

Poor wi-fi signal all over the place. The hotel doesn't provide private parking, the only option is a public parking lot outside the complex.

Lived in main building. Very nice hotel, statues, paintings, antique furniture, a lot of manual work. A small, but very high quality breakfast buffet, fresh orange juice, Actimel, champagne (we didn't drink) and very tasty fresh bread, pineapples, melons, a nice addition to the usual breakfast. The hotel has two entrances from the second pass through the territory of the hotel and on the right a large underground car park. Weekly costs 18 euros

Terrible bed Rooms recently remodeled, but terrible quality workmanship, with very cheap funiture and bathrooms. Felt like staying at a holiday inn....

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was also excellent.

I booked a room with separate beds and the hotel only had a room with one double bed, which was not what I paid for. The next day they move us into a twin room in the "C" building which I recommend that if you want peace and quiet do not let them put you in "C" You can hear every foot step, every conversation and every door close throughout the whole building.

The room was very small and the wireless Internet didn't work. There was a card in the room with the wifi password but it didn't work.

The Hotel is very charming, you really feel to be back in the '30 with this "old movie atmosphere". The restaurant and the bar are good for a quick dinner and the staff is very warm and professional. You feel to be at home. Though this old fashioned style, the bathroom is completely renewed and it is very comfortable and sexy. In a very convenient way (by free local bus) you get to the main shops within 15'.

Actually the Queen size of the bad is not as comfortable as you wish and the clean service in the room is quite under your expectations.

The hotel is located on a central Partenkirchen street (in a cool historical building), has great filling breakfast and staff. Has a nice sauna area that helps you relax after ski

The room was small (practically nothing fit in except the bed, even struggled to fit in my luggage), the cleaning of the room was far from the one I used to - had to ask them to bring the shower gel as it was not replaced/refiilled during a week, quite far from the major reason of our stay - ski (and the center of the Garmisch is 20 minutes walk)

This was our second stay at the hotel and we always enjoy it. Especially the breakfast buffett. Wonderful. And the beds are very comfortable. Very convenient to the sights of Garmisch and Partenkirchen. We would stay there again.

Great location and had an excellent view of the mountains. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
