location and very comfortable room parking, need to reserve on site in advance, listing should so advise, as off site parking is an open public pay lot a few minutes away. our room was on the third floor the elevator stops at the second. traveling with two weeks of luggage made it a bit of a struggle for "senior" guests. |

Perfect location for shopping in a historic building. Very good breakfast Unpleasant and unwilling to help staff. No parking area. Elevator only to 2nd floor. It is not 3* hotel. |

Breakfast Staff was not unfriendly but not customer orient. Room was stuffy and old had not been renovated in a few years. Had lights beside the bed but switches were blocked by night stands, had to be moved away from bed to use switch and lights. |

The hotel room was really big and comfortable. The location is great for walking, shopping and eating. The breakfast room was really nice and fulfilling. Paid a great price in the offseason. Our dog could stay with us. The hotel didn't have free parking but there was a lot very close by that was really inexpensive. |

Nice historic building in centre of town. Very comfortable large room with good facilities including free internet. Breakfast included was good value. Church bells close by ringing loudly through the night, and particularly long at 6 a.m. |

Staff were always attentive, polite and friendly. Hotel has a distinctive old world charm reflecting its heritage, with interesting artifacts decorating the lobbies and hallways and original looking decor. Several different dining areas and bars/lounges. |

Location The stairs to the floor above were not carpeted, guests coming in late, leaving early made for a sleepless night. Plus I could see that in the high season the location would be unpleasant if you stayed in rooms in the front. |

Breakfast in the morning, eating facilities all day long up to 10pm. The room, it had no tea or coffee trays available, the fridge was empty so we couldn't have a drink during the day or night, for a 3* hotel we were very surprised, I am sure this could be improved. |
