Very noisy by environment and other customers.
Mold and plain disgusting
Location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof. As it designed as residence, you have small kitchen with living room and you have a washing machine. Internet connection was good enough
Area during the night a little noisy. Hotel windows need soundproof system. In windy weather it whistles. in my bedroom there was no window but I don't know the other rooms. The equipments are used and they are aged. They needs to get fixed. In room there was no phone which is I found that interesting.
Very nice furnishing.
I booked with early check-in, but I could check in at the usual time at 3 PM.
The location was great a few minutes away from the main train station and walking distance to the city center.
For just a few more €s you can stay at a considerably nicer place. The decoration was depressing and street was a bit dodgy.
Old furniture. Shower was not property working. Noisy during the night because of some club/bar nearby.
Very basic rooms for a very high price. Bathrooms were not fully serviced, broken shower chamber door. No parking place. We had to keep the car in other hotel's paid parking.
The location was good
My room has visable mould and there were nats breeding in there. I went and bought a can of fly spray and had to spray the room at least twice a day
Mold in the shower area, just plain disgusting
Terrible rooms, i got bed bug bites
Location near main station
Slow wifi internet connection
So close to Oktoberfest
The staff was not very helpful. The hotel was very expensive.
Good locasion and price
very poor hotel, poor quality
Location close to haubtbahnhof
Room quality, dirty rooms, loud guests, really uncomfortable stay.
the hotel is a horror, dirty, noisy, expensive for the services offered. not recommended in any case. Photos are deceiving. the location is ok but it is the only thing that is good. suck
Watch out, there are two related hotels Atlas and Atlas Residence. Out for the night on saturday, I couldn't understand what "residence" standed for until sunday night. I would be greeted in the part of permanent residents with very loud families, loud-till four in the morning-slaming-door-man-and-children-running-stairs people! Nobody from the whole 5-story building would understand a word, and there is no reception keeper at night from whom you would get indulgence to have a night rest
spacious room and good location
located at the crossroads, you can't avoid the noise from the streets
Size of room, (almost a suite) kitchenette, good bathroom. Friendly helpful staff.
Location, hotel is, like many others in price range, in the "new arrivals" quarter, not much German spoken around here.
It was so closed main train station
It was so dirty. .I also said this situation to the reception's staff. There was no enough Kitchen equipment. Price is sobhigh for such low quality. My succession for this hotel : Hotel must be renovate.
High speed Wifi. Concierge was polite and helpful. Staff in the Atlas Lounge was polite and helpful.
Having gotten off what I assumed is an elevator that is ready to break any day now I got into my room. Once inside I realized I was standing at an angle, either by a warped floor or poor construction. The room itself looked dirty and not well maintained. There was a layer of dust on the furniture an inch thick, don't believe me I've got the pictures as proof. The bathroom looked liked it had not had a cleaning in years. Soap scum and mold on all the tiles, poor installation of the shower itself. The shower head looks like it was installed by a toddler, not to mention the second shower head that I guess was there for sentimental purposes. Upon closer inspection of the toilet I notice a pile of hair which I hoped was from someone's head. The sink had a smell coming from it that gave off the wonderful stench of swamp and death. Above the mirror was a light fixture that reminded me of those really old Christmas lights, it didn't turn on mind you but I guess I was supposed to imagine it could. During the night I had a wonderful time listening to the people in the room next to me's child, it ran around screaming and speaking in both german and what sounded like Arabic (did I mention it was 3am?) this went on for most of my stay. Make sure not to get a room facing the street, I think the police station is down the road and they like to drive buy hourly. The final straw that broke the camels back was when I had gone into town to see a few more sites. Upon my return to my room I noticed the door was WIDE OPEN!! The "maids" (who were no where to be found) had forgotten to close and lock it. Luckily nothing was missing but that's not the point. This hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating.
Close to the UBahn and central train station, hotel has no parking but parking garage near and for 10€ a day it was not bad, WiFi more or less worked
Hotel rooms looked very old and with a lack of proper maintenance, walls had humidity, no air condition, noisy because of the avenue outside, there was a sink and a small electric stove that looked horrible, beds were veery soft, drapes for windows barely useful. For the price paid I'd rather stay next time in the train station!!!
Do waste your time with this Hotel
Staff was friendly, location I'd good
Very noisy as there were loud families on the 4thfloor who, seemed to be living there. Shower was bad, no water pressure, soap dispenser hanging loosely. Kitchenette looked old and beaten and full if stains. woodwork missing etc. These are simple things that could be resolved in a fast and cheap manner.. It looked as nobody cared about the room.
