Location in relation to Oktoberfest. But don't be fooled, the service was appauling. The service from the girl at reception was appauling. When complained about at the end she decided to yell at me in front of a reception full of customers. Our request to have the tv fixed was finally acted on at 10pm of our last night. I booked a room for 4 people to find that 2 of us were put on mattresses on the floor. The staff were completely uninterested in good service. |

We were one block away from the Oktoberfest entrance. The room was adequate. The "hotel" is apartments ovbiously rented out nightly during Oktoberfest. The bathroom had a water leak and smelled of mildew. There was no soap, nor shampoo provided. The hotel also seemed to be in various stages of repair. |

Positioning near the center of Munchen and the cleanliness of the room. 1. the room was cold. 2. the elevator doesn't work. 7 floors with a lot of luggages up and down and I feel like a marathonist after 50 km run. |

Great location! Short walk to Oktoberfest grounds. It was on a busy street and you could here all the cars honking their horns. |

Ok. It was Oktoberfest, which doubles prices in Munich. But 190€ for a night without breakfast in a room with broken television and empty Minibar is even in those times quite exaggerated. |

We picked this hotel, just so that we would have a shuttle to get to the airport, but upon check-in, were told that they needed more time to reserve us one since we were only staying one night, and a shuttle would not be possible. The room was great but their customer service was lacking. The desk clerk had to call to set up a taxi for us after the other clerk apparently forgot to call. |

Great service and excellent location to Oktoberfest Our room had not been made up from the previous guests when we came back to hotel at 11pm but were moved to another room. |

Very easy access on foot from main line station Very noisy because on major crossroads in middle of town (flip side of above advantage of easy access )Did not like the fact that rates were 4 times the price of the previous week, because of major conference in town ! The rception staff is friendly and helpfull. close to the main train station and shopping area. Unfortunately, this time I have experienced a lot of uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the hotel and my experience as follows: 1) Once I opened the hotel door to get in, I was struck by bad mixed odor that hard to breath in this environment. 2) Cleanliness of the rooms, I checked in and my room was ready. But unfortunately, I wasn’t happy for what I got. |
