Det enda som lyfte detta dyra hotell (sett utifrån standard) var tjejen i receptionen. Tv fungerade ej, var knappt städat. Kändes som man gjort om väl använda lägenheter till hotell rum m låg standard. |

Dåligt städat på rummet. Smutsigt vid frukostbuffen. Skylt som visade att Diners Card accepterades men detta stämde inte. |

The rception staff is friendly and helpfull. close to the main train station and shopping area.
Unfortunately, this time I have experienced a lot of uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the hotel and my experience as follows:

Location near Hbf. Very large top floor appartment. Modern and luxery. Setting breakfast was okay and bit basic and could be improved upon. |

It turned out that we had a suite --we thought it would just be a double room, and the extra space was nice. Also, the receptionist was able to reccommend a nice chinese restaurant near the hotel on our first night. The hotel staff did not service the room daily--as in make up the beds and clean/tidy the bathroom. Also there was no shampoo/conditioner/soap/tissues left in the hotel. Also alot of the fittings were falling appart, such as the trimming around the bottom edge of the wall, the caulking around the sink and the door frame, were all falling or peeling up. Also, no one told us that breakfast was included on one of the days we stayed there, so we did not have time to try the breakfast. And, on our final day there was no hot water for the shower. My mother was staying at a hotel with comparaple rates nearby and her room was similar but the service seemed more comprehensive to me. |

It was close to Oktoberfest and was actually quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area. paying 10 Euro for breakfast is just not right. |
