とにかく、ホテルからバーゼル市内へ行く、アクセスが悪かった。少なくともとラムの駅まで送迎バスを定期的に出してもらえれば使用できるが、バーゼルやスイス旅行を楽しみたい方にはお勧めできないアクセスの悪さがありました。ただし、ホテルやその従業員はとてもよく、満足でした。場所だけが最悪でした・・ バーゼル市内へのアクセスの仕方が日本人は行く前、一切分からず、あとスイスパスがドイツ領内なので、使用出来たり、できなかったり、正直バスの運ちゃんによるのかわかりませんが、使用できずお金を払わされたことがあったので、このへん、本当はスイスパスが使えるのか、使えないのかなどのｔぽにかく交通に対する情報がほしかった。トラムの駅から40分かけて3回ぐらいあるいたこともあった。またバスが使えたとしても15分はかかった。 |

４つ星なりの満足感はありました。 思ったより各駅から遠い上、シャトルバスが運休しているとのこと思いのほかタクシー代がかかった。バーセルバード駅から２０ユーロ、バーセルSBBから３０ユーロ、ウェルアムライン駅から７ユーロくらいでした。 |

The breakfast is excellent - the staff is very friendly. Other than its location which seems more in an industrial park it was a great hotel. |

the breakkfast was ok and the parklike setting of the hotel was pleasant the reception staff were not welcoming, there was no offer to help with luggage.furniture in lobby is old and needs repair. Carpet in room was dirty. Television reception very poor and very poor channel options |

Quiet location in light industrial and business area. Reception staff were quick and efficient Rooms very stuffy - air conditioning was poor. It was a warm night. |

hotel was booked because of shuttle service - time of required service was confirmed at time of booking but upon arrival, this service was not available. the reason why most people stay at airport hotels is because of flight times are early morning. there is no point offering this service if it is so limited. |

I liked the spacious room. It was clean and quiet (with the window closed). I took the room for the proposed shuttle service but this service only goes to the airport or next train station from 8 am to 5 pm which did not suit me. |

we booked this hotel in order to use the free shuttle service to the airport - however, as it was quite early in the morning we had to pay for the shuttle. this should be stated clearly on the information page! |

As a tall building it was easy to spot from a distance. There was a good breakfast and the hotel rate was competitive.We were given a twin bedded and when we asked for a large double, the change was made with no problem. The noise insulation to the corridors from the rooms and to the street was poor. There was no airco in the room as the noise level was such that the windows had to be closed. The water temperature was always scalding ( obvious waste of energy). The public rooms were not very cosy being open plan. |
