Breakfast was plentyful and tasty. Big plus for that! Room was really lousy for a hotel of 4 stars. Must have been the smallest junior suite that I've ever been to, if they gave me a right room after all...? |

Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers fand ich sehr gut. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte man eine große Auswahl. |

Schönes Zimmer und Bad (mit Fussbodenheizung), kostenloses W-LAN, schöner Saunabereich, ordentliches Frühstück. Zentrale Lage, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Hbf. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut okay. Empfehle ich gern weiter. |

La possibilité d'avoir accès au centre spa situé au sous-sol de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner copieux et original. J'avais demandé une chambre la plus tranquille possible et...c'était le cas! |

Hotellet låg nära järnvägsstationen vilket var bra i och med att vi reste med tåg, även ok promenad avstånd till centrum. Hotellet ligger i lite ruffa kvarter |

Ligger centralt, nära U-bhan och i ett lungt område. God frukost. Jag önskar nya fräscha syntetkuddar och tänken. Gärna fräsch doft på lakan och örngott. |

Die gute Lage in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und der günstige Preis für dieses Hotel. Wasser auf dem Zimmer im Preis inbegriffen. Aufzug war nur in Zwischenetage, man musste die Koffer schleppen. Aufzug fuhr nur rauf nicht runter. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Bett wurde nie gemacht! Es gab keine Duschtasse im Bad man musste selber wischen sonst wäre das Wasser ins Zimmer gelaufen. Großbaustelle auf der anderen Straßenseite. |

Основное: наладить работу лифта (периодически не работал в течение суток), произвести ремонт отопительной системы (батареи в комнате при включении издают громкий стук и шум, при отключении слишком холодно ночью; при проживании в течение 2-х дней поломка не была устранена несмотря на просьбы); обновить покрытие в комнатах (паркет) либо застелить ковролином; обновить мебель в комнатах (старая мебель |

приветливый персонал скрашивал наши невзгоды :) душ в номере протекает на кафель и на ковер в коридоре. ковер тухнет и стоит жуткий запах. у друзей в номере не работали батареи! мы с включенными замерзали! номера очень маленькие!находится в турецком квартале ... |
