The staff were freindly and helpful. The location is very good 1. What I found most foolish was that to use the lift, we had to carry our luggage ourselves upstairs. Why is the lift not on the ground floor.. 2. The carpet was very dirty.3. The bed sheets are old and dirty and are not changed daily.4. The rooms are very small. |

It was very easy to get around downtown from the hotel. The breakfast provided was exellent. The rooms had missing pieces of fascia around doors. I could not open windows all the way due to boxes built to hide curtain tops. |

Ligger centralt, nära U-bhan och i ett lungt område. God frukost. Jag önskar nya fräscha syntetkuddar och tänken. Gärna fräsch doft på lakan och örngott. |

Die gute Lage in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und der günstige Preis für dieses Hotel. Wasser auf dem Zimmer im Preis inbegriffen. Aufzug war nur in Zwischenetage, man musste die Koffer schleppen. Aufzug fuhr nur rauf nicht runter. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Bett wurde nie gemacht! Es gab keine Duschtasse im Bad man musste selber wischen sonst wäre das Wasser ins Zimmer gelaufen. Großbaustelle auf der anderen Straßenseite. |

Основное: наладить работу лифта (периодически не работал в течение суток), произвести ремонт отопительной системы (батареи в комнате при включении издают громкий стук и шум, при отключении слишком холодно ночью; при проживании в течение 2-х дней поломка не была устранена несмотря на просьбы); обновить покрытие в комнатах (паркет) либо застелить ковролином; обновить мебель в комнатах (старая мебель |

приветливый персонал скрашивал наши невзгоды :) душ в номере протекает на кафель и на ковер в коридоре. ковер тухнет и стоит жуткий запах. у друзей в номере не работали батареи! мы с включенными замерзали! номера очень маленькие!находится в турецком квартале ... |
