Everything at this hotel is perfect , really trust to all info about this hotel at web.also the environment of hotel was perfect.

Location

Poor service. No English speaking tv or Sky movies. We paid for Sky movies but some "box" had broken and no engineer could be called. With a 8yo son staying in our room this proved a difficult stay. The restaurant, We booked this hotel to have dinner with some local work people on the Friday night at 8.30pm. Both on the Friday and Saturday we were told sorry the restaurant is fully booked "we can fit you in in approc 1 hours please go to the bar and have a drink free on the hotel" Very embarassing. Room, only set up for 1 person, 1 bath towel & 1 pr slippers....... Overall. not a good trip although we will be returning to Nurberg, I travel their approx 4 times per year on business. In future I'll not bring my family or if I do book another hotel. Thank you Chris Dye

The hotel was located near to a city museum we planned to visit. It was clean and we found our room to be spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and we had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant with a very attentive waitress. The hotel provided a computer free of charge to check emails and/or surf the internet. My wife had a small problem in the bathroom when the hair dryer came apart in her hand and gave her a very mild shock. When I mentioned it on checkout, the clerk gave us the parking for the car free of charge.

One small negative was that I parked the rental car in the basement garage before unloading the luggage. I then could not find the elevators to bring the luggage upstairs. I do not know if the elevators went to the garage but it would not have helped me because both passenger elevators were out of service at the same time for renovation. Everyone had to use the one freight/service elevator which did not provide ready access to the garage area. However, on a positive note, as I was struggling to bring one of our suitcases upstairs from the garage, a man, who I later learned was the hotel manager, came along and carried all of our remaining luggage upstairs to the lobby area for us.

The hotel staff is kind & friendly. The location is a bit far away from city centre but it is located closed to the park and I could spend relax time.

The speed of wifi is very slow.

Under reconstruction and a bit loud due to this. A bit out dated but still nice facilities at a quite location. Very comfortable and the staff was good overall pretty good.

Great view of park, large room, on walking distance from Dokuzentrum. Very helpful and friendly staff. Every room has own small balcony.

Excellent hotel in a big park, spacious room, cosy Spa center, tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good restaurant.

The staffs were very welcoming and attended to requests promptly.

The bed and pillows were too soft.

There is large park just near by this hotel. Tram station also. The facilities are new and clean, room are large and comfortable. Staffs are kind and friendly, breakfast is good.

I think parking lot fee seems too expensive, hopefully should be free.

Big and comfortable rooms, availability of services, breakfast and hotel location.
