Central location. Easy access to buses and underground Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and plentyful breakfast to start the day. Tea and coffeemaker in the room. Fresh rose in the bathroom. Could not have suited us better. |

Exceptional location!Tea and coffee in the room as well as Berliner jelly bears every day! Nice breakfast. WiFi service can be more stable, room and bathroom might be more spacious. |

Location Elevator on the stairway landing only. Reception on the 1st floor. So you need to carry your luggage up/down the stair. |

Superbly located, quiet, surrounded by good eating places, offers off-street parking, excellent and helpful staff and a good breakfast. The size of our shower room and toilet. Unacceptably small. The lack of a fridge and poor choice of English language television. Not recommended for anyone with a physical disability. The lift does not reach the hotel entrance. |

the rooms were very nice, cleaned everyday, bathroom facilities were at a good standard. All staff members were really friendly and attentive throughout the stay. two beds pushed together instead of a double bed |

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, nice breakfast, classic atmosphere, very friendly cleaning staff too ! No complaints about the hotel as such, very good ! The elevator stops "between" floors, so you still have to take some stairs with the luggage. Also thought the hotel was a bit pricy ... |

Strategic location for shopping and city sight seeing. No Air Condition for a standard room. No extra "kussen" in the room. Bathroom is very small. Breakfast starts from 7 to 11 am. But if you come at 9 am, no refill for the croissants or bread basket. Price per room is a bit expensive for 3 star hotel. |

The hotel was very well positioned near to square with nice reastaurants. Very easy to get to from Airport, express to Zoo and one stop on underground then 200m walk! |
