Hotel Auer  

The very strong point of this hotel is the kindness of the couple owning the hotel who take care of their customers so as to make sure that everything will be fine for them. For instance, they spontaneously offer to drive the people to the train station (there are two stations quite close: one is 400 meters away and the other is 1500 meters away). The first evening when I came, I was exausted and hungry: so I was very happy to find in my room some nice things to eat (an apple, a banana, an orange and two chocolates). Also, the owner offer free drinks available in a fridge in the lounge of the hotel whenever you want (there is wine, beer, apple juice, sparkling water...) Breakfast was very good: the buffet is generous. PS: I went there for the Toyfair in Nurnberg. It takes from door to door 30 minutes from the hotel to the fair (you just have to check with the train schedule when the train is passing).

There is nothing to criticise in this hotel. Before coming to the hotel, I read the comments of the former customers of the hotel and I had the feeling that I would be happy: and indeed, I was happy for my stay there.

Warm welcome, friendly and still professional

It is too small room.

Absolutely friendly staff, especially for our almost 2 year old son. We travelled in 2 days from Holland to the campside in Austria, stayed in the same hotel on the way back. Nice clean and spacious rooms (we could also set up our own bed for our son in the same room), especially the second time we stayed here. (Even larger room, gift from the hotel) Breakfast was great, enough to choose from. Location is perfect, just 1 minute drive from the highway.

Hele aardige eigenaren.

Het bed van de kinderen lag niet lekker (kussens van de slaapbank). Ook spoelde de wc niet goed door en lekte de wastafel. Het was allemaal erg low-budget.

Zimmer, besonders Bad, nicht in gutem Zustand

De bedden waren prima. De kamer kon verduisterd worden met rolluiken. Supervriendelijke eigenaars. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid. Parking achter het hotel was handig. Er is steeds toegang tot het hotel met de nachtsleutel. Gratis internet op alle kamers is een knappe service.

De douche zelf was te klein en het douchegordijn te kort. De watertemperatuur was niet gemakkelijk te regelen. Er waren enkel duitse zenders beschikbaar op de tv, een sport- en/of radiozender had leuk geweest.
