The staff was very helpful, especially, the lady at the bar. The gym is a bit small with only one machine for resistance (weight) training. |

great hotel, design wonderfull. very modern room, comfortable bed, bathroom spacious en nice with glass walls. safe, radio built in wall, flatcreen, nice wellness!! sauna both turkisch/steam and finnisch. parking limited at the front of the hotel, but garage under hotel. area not interesting, but 15 min to nice Bonn Centre with lots to do. Bonn Park is nice too. |

room not wifi , no internet after plugging the cable as weell. , no food after 2200, wrong info at the hotel , no breakfast at my room even after i ordered it.definetaly this hotel lacks basic organisation for a SL |

- Very clean, English spoken, very friendly and proffessional staff. Very good breakfast except the price (€ 17). Nice swimming/sauna facilities. very good & quick respond from the staff. - Rooms not practical. No place to hang up clothes. watch out for using something from the minibar (€ 9 for a bottle of water). Standard room too small. Over exaggerated design everywhere dosen't give a positive impression. neighbourhood dosen't offer anything at all. too far to walk to down town. Not a 5 star hotel if I would judge! |

Grote kamers, goed ontbijt en goede bedden Verlichting (TL-verlichting in de kamer), bvn (Beste van Nederland) zou op de tv moeten zitten (maar dat was niet zo) en de hoge prijs. |

Это просто чуть--чуть задрапированный панельный жилой дом, стоящий на дороге рядом с шоссе. Из плюсов - только удобная кровать. Подходит разве, что для ночевки дальнобойщиков, но им будет не по карману. Отель отвратительный по всем параметрам. За что он получил 5 звезд, непонятно совершенно. В описании отеля написано, что он находится рядом с центром. Это рядом - 40 минут пешком. Дорога под окнами - очень шумная, а с закрытыми окнами очень душно и кондиционер шумит так, что не дает спать. За пластиковую полуторалитровую бутылку воды ценов 30 центов с нас содрали 9 евро при цене за ночь в этом отеле почти в 200 евро. В целом - кошмар, ни в коем случае не рекомендуем никому. |

moderne Einrichtung; großes Zimmer mit gut ausgestattetem Bad dürftiges Frühstück; bereits zu früher Stunde waren basics (Rührei; Würstchen) aufgegessen und wurden nicht mehr ersetzt. Äusserst schleppender Service. |

La atención prestada por el personal del hotel y la limpieza de las instalaciones. Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y temperatura de las mismas demasiado baja (hasta el segundo día no alcanzó los 22 ºC). En la ducha el agua se salía de la mampara inundando todo el lavabo. Esto no es aceptable para un hotel de la categoría del Galerie Design Hotel. |

Piscine + sauna + qualté du restaurant Aucun lieu à l'intérieur (tel qu'un bar comme dans de nombreux hôtels en Allemagne) pour fumer une cigarette ! Vos prix indiqués n'ont pas correspondu à celui que j'ai payé qui était inférieur (Bonne surprise). Hôtel classé 5 étoiles, mais qui, en réalité, est un 3 étoiles + ou 4 étoiles maximum |
