The hotel is very near the train station and close to the center. The room was small but ok.

No free wifi in the room. The reception hall smell as smoke but it was only there. Breakfast was too expensive.

Tiny bathroom. On the other hand, it might be good even if you are not Thumbelina - you can rest your head against the wall, which is handy after a trip to the Oktoberfest. :)

Its pretty close to the centre of Augsburg and is good value for money.

I have stayed here often.It is as good as ever.Good,clean room,good food reasonably priced.Deserves more than 2 stars.

It is very convenient that the hotel provides a laptop for whoever needs access to the internet. The bar on the ground floor is a good place for those who wants to relax.

tiny bathroom is hardly functional. The extra rates for internet are punative. Half the items listed on the bar menu were not available. Many of the drinks listed on the bar menu were not available. This hotel is impersonal. A traveller has enough to do on a business trip without putting up with this rubbish. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. Augsburg is a beautiful city with lots of marvelous botique hotels offering warmth, comfort and a splendid bavarian welcome to all and for reasonable rates also. No one should put up with this rubbish hotel.
