water did not drain well from shower
The room was good and the location, very peaceful.
When arriving I asked in the front desk if the Breakfast should be payed as a plus or if it was already included in the room I already paid. The guy (from the hotel) told me it was already paid everything, nothing else needed (including breakfast). On the last day they made me paid breakfast and said it was not included. So make sure you clarify what are the extra expenses. And the staff should be more well informed.

Clean and close to train station and city center. Good value.
The rooms are tiny! The bath towels looked to be about 25 years old!
I was very satisfied with my room and of course with the friendly welcome I received during my arrival. would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler.
Very clean, very good food. The personnel was friendly and professional.

Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location near to railway station. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. After check out we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room until later in the day.

Location is good. Personnel was phenominal.
there was nothing to dislike, a really nice hotel.
Affordable, excellent location, rooms may be compact but very clean, functional facilities and parking available at a neighboring building offering cheap rates. Wifi/Internet connection is excellent and complimentary!
It is not our first stay in this hotel, but since this is just a brief business trip, we booked only for a night. However, last minute changes were made therefore we informed the reception upon checkin that we are ready to pay another night since my husband must still attend some company meetings that will last til 5-7pm the next day. We were told that for a minimal extra charge, we may opt for a late checkout until 5pm which sounded splendid! I thought, I might as well just wait in the lobby til he's done. My husband went thru his usual business while I, being a contributing editor of an international magazine, went on to write the various articles intended for submission the next day. I wrote the whole time til thru the night, knowing that I can sleep during the day anyway until 4pm. I went for a quick breakfast in the morning then hit the bed. My husband was already getting ready to leave for his meetings and it was after 9am! To my surprise while deeply asleep at noon, I received a call from the reception saying it was time to checkout. Naturally I argued saying that we paid extra to keep the room til 5pm. I went back to sleep only to hear a loud knock on the door 2 hrs. later, despite the NO DISTURB sign! It was the chambermaid asking when will I vacate the room. By this time I lost my patience and complained to the reception. The man apologized mildly and said nonchalantly that such things can happen! In my opinion, guests must be treated with value and respect! Such blunder is totally unacceptable and demeaning to the guests plus it is a clear display of incompetence & unprofessionalism of the hotel and its staff. When we left, they refunded our payment for the extra charge of late checkout and apologized again. I hope this will not be repeated in the future!
The bathroom very small, every thing good
I have nothing to complain about as far as the room itself. I was just there to go to plärer with some friends, and have a place to sleep. Staff was good, bed was good, bathroom was good. If you're there for plärer, it's only about a 15 minute walk, so that's no big deal either.
Room was a tiny bit small, but well worth the price.
Great price-value relationship. Very modern
Breakfast too expensive
Clean, nice room, well equipped
Wi-fi didn't work on one day,
I have liked the hospitality
Everything was perfect
Excellent Wi-Fi connection in the two rooms we occupied on different levels in the hotel.
Expensive breakfast for what it offered. Tiny bathrooms.
Easy to find from station the staff were very helpful and breakfast varied and adequate.
Room was on the small side but adequate .
Location was perfect and breakfast was good for the cost.
Very much noise in the hotel and from the street. I couldn`t sleep
