It is very close to city center, only by foot in 5 minutes. A little bit old hotel. |

We had a family room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. This room was the largest we have seen in Europe! There was a ton of space for the kids to play. The hotel staff was very helpful in finding things around town and the hotel was close to the main center area. We stayed in Augsburg as a part of seeing the "Romantic Road". If I were to do it again, I would probably avoid Augsburg to stay in a smaller village, but the hotel was great. |

Hotel Augusta was clean, comfortable and convenient to the heart of town. Its employees were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and nicely done with a lot of variety. |

There was a parking station nearby that you could park in for 10 euros if ticket stamped at hotel. Would be nice to have the family room with the option of the second bed being two singles rather than a double - plenty of room to do this. |

This hotel was situated perfectly for people needing to catch the train to Munich. We loved our visit to Augsburg and our stay in Hotel Augusta!! |

The location It was a bit expensive for what was provided. The down comforter was too warm. They should have provided a top sheet and light blanket as an option. |

Excellent location, fair size of the room, good breakfast. Typically there are not enough parking lots at the hotel parking, but the nearby Ludwigstrasse garage is quite convenient (you should sweep the parking ticket at the hotel reception to get the discount). During the weekend it was quite messy at the breakfast because of the large tourist group staying at the hotel. All was nice and clean the rest of the time. |

Das freundliche und angenehme Verhalten der MitarbeiterInnen, vorallem das der Rezeptionsbediensteten. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Die Zimmertemperatur war zu hoch und eine individuelle Einstelluingsmöglichkeit war nicht zu finden. |

Das Zimmer an sich und das reichhaltige frische Frühstücksbüfett. Die Duschkabine- bzw die Sauberkeit!!!! Es waren noch Schamhaare vom Vorgänger zu finden. Wären wir mehrere Nächte geblieben, hätten wir das dort an Ort und Stelle reklamiert, früh gegen 1.00 Uhr war und das zu müßig. |

Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, Hotelbar gut Zustellbett Zimmer 313 war vorne kaputt (Lattenrost kaputt oder durchgebrochen) Kind konnte nicht gut schlafen! Haben es erst bei Heimfahrt erfahren! |

Gutes Frühstück; zentrale Lage; großes Zimmer; größtenteils freundliches Personal. Die Minibar war bei Ankunft defekt und wurde auch nicht - trotz mehrmaliger Beanstandung - ausgetauscht. Zudem war der Inhalt nicht vollständig und nicht dokumentiert. Die Möbel waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt (Staub). |
