The friendliness of the hotel staff was wonderful in otherwise rather average hotel comfort. The breakfast was substantial and it was decent in quality. The room was very spacious. The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the railway station and the very city centre. |

The reception staff (all shifts) were extremely helpful. Not only did they recommend an excellent restaurant the day of our arrival, but shared valuable information with us the next morning that only locals would know regarding the sights we had planned on seeing that led to our changing plans that could not have worked out better. They are all wonderful resources. We were very glad we stayed there again. The staff was great, the room was unusually large, but the mattress was lumpy, the bath small enough to fit on a train and the feathers in the bed covers and pillows were poking through and uncomfortable. Not down, but unstripped feathers were used. |

Spacious room, good location close to restaurants, shopping, and train station within 10 min. walk. Took local bus when we had luggage.. The best breakfast buffet on the entire 4 week trip! |

Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht meinen Wünschen. Statt drei dutzend belegter Brötchenhälften und Massen an Kochwurst, hätten mir ein paar Baconstreifen eher zugesagt. Das Rührei war zu fest und unansehlich. Die Auswahl der Brötchen war umfangreich, diese aber zu klein und nicht frisch. Eine kleine Marmeladenauswahl wäre schön, statt drei Kilo Honig, in kleinen Portionen. Das Obst war unreif. |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
