Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast, good location. The floors of the room were dusty, and didn't get cleaned during our stay (3 days), and we were charged for coffee outside of breakfast hours. |

We had originally asked for room 45 (balcony), but on arrival were given room 44. Next morning reception contacted us to say they had noted our request and 45 was now available and would we care to move as soon as cleaned. A member of staff even helped us transfer our things next door. Room 44 was excellent, but it was lovely to sit on the balcony sipping a glass of wine and reading a book in the early evening. Hotel breakfast was substantial with a lot of choice. Hotel very convenient for tour bus, local bus and undeground. Overall a very good experience at the Augusta. On booking we had made sure the hotel had a lift as my elderly mother has walking difficulties and struggles to climb stairs. What the information doesn't tell you is that the lift doesn't go to every floor - needless to say it didn't go to ours! when you arrive at the Augusta, you are presented by a steep flight of stairs just to get to reception, then another flight to get to the lift, but then another flight to get to our floor. We eventually found you could gain access via a passage at the side which took you to the rear of the hotel where we could access the lift to get to within one flight of our floor. Still very awkward and my mother had to come down two flights for breakfast. For the young and agile none of this would be a problem, but if travelling with elderly disabled (and like me your carrying the luggage!) it can be an issue or an impossibility. If you need a lift, check first that the lift actually goes to your floor. |

The rooms are very nicely decorated and have a beautiful design. The location couldn't be more perfect. Right in the heart of Berlin steps away from the lively Kurfuerstendamm, yet located in a quiet beautiful side street. Breakfast was very good, so many choices and very tasty. Hotel staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking can be a challenge on the street. We were very lucky one car just left so we took that spot, otherwise there would not have been parking available. |

The hotel room is comfortable, clean and quiet near main transportation. The large staircase to carry luggage up to the first floor. Then going back down to the first floor in the elevator to transfer over to the other building outside when it is raining and cold with no protection. |

Excellent situation for tourisme and shopping in an elegant neighborhood. The room was spacious and is decorated with taste. I can not say their breakfast is generous. For those who wake up late, there will be no fresh pastry, some foods are not supplemented at a later hour. |

The place of the hotel was in the hear of Berlin, to a descent area, with low noise and convenient transport media. Also the quality of the rooms and the breakfast was high There is an inconvenience concerning the use of different lifts in order to access to some rooms. People having heavy luggage will face troubles |
