room was very comfortable and had lovely pillows ! Had the weather been better we could have taken advantage of the balcony outside the bedroom- a real bonus for a city hotel in the middle of summer.Bathroom was fresh and modern with a wonderful shower. The breakfasts were superb, lots of lovely fresh ingredients and quality coffee. The entrance to the hotel was rather scruffy - it did not give a good first impression. |

I liked its location, convenient for sight seeing, well served by public transport with plenty of places in which to eat nearby. Really liked the fact that our room had a balcony and that it had less than 50 rooms. |

Nice hotel in an old world way, helpful staff~most of the time, GREAT breakfast in the morning. Great location to shopping and restaurants, very safe area of town. One had to climb 20 steps or so to get to the reception. There is an elevator, but you must climb 20 steps~elevator~20 steps to the first floor~elevator~20 steps second floor and so on. It was fine if you are in shape, but if you are elderly or handicapped you are in a bit of a bind. |

There was a near parking, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is located 5 min walk from the Zoo and a central subway. Internet connection (WIFI) was very slow. The pictures of the hotel rooms as published in the Internet were not similar and at a much higher level than the room we actually received. |

Location, staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Window that couldn't be closed and nobody did anything about it after we asked. All TV channels are in German, couple of channels in English would be nice. |

Great breakfast. Good location. Great restaurant with garden next door. Minor things: Wine glass was not fully cleaned. Soap was not refilled. Single room was a bit tiny. No folder with information about the hotel / breakfast times etc. |

Very good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room. Free wireless internet. Excellent location. Good cafe/restaurant nextdoor at LiteratureHaus and nice Italian across the road. First impressions were not so good - all the stairs, very small reception area and several internal locks (which the key didn't seem to fit the first time). Once I got to know how to open the doors it was fine! Stairs weren't a problem for me, but would be for some people as there is no lift up to reception, and then the lift stops between floors so there are more stairs down or up. |

Hotel Augusta is very clean, good breakfast and friendly receptionists. it is ideal for shopping as it is close to all amenities. I did not like the stairs, and the fact that to arrive to the room one needs to take two lifts after taking two flights of stairs, dragging the luggage |

In particular, the atmosphere, situation and breakfast. Helpful staff also. A bit inconvenient with a room in a separate building, needing two elevators. |

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and service minded. The hotel gave the impression of a family hotel run by people who enjoy their work. The location was central but in a quiet street with a neighboring garden cafe and literature house. Older persons than us may find it hard to climb the stairs to reach the elevator and the first floor with rooms. |
