Just 4 subway stops from Munich Central Train Station, this quietly located hotel in the Obergiesing district of Munich features modern spa facilities and a restaurant serving Italian cuisine.

Well located a few blocks from main train station. The room was clean and nice. The place is mostly quiet. The WIFI worked well in the room.
Noise: a metro or tram line causes a low rumble on a regular basis. The manager doesn't know how to use the electronic lock on guests' doors. All staff have been given full passes; twice they opened my locked door!! And the manager tried to push the blame on his staff.
Cleaness .. Location
Location is pretty good, only 10 to 15 Min walk into town centre. Pretty standard modern hotel as you'd expect. Wifi was good and included (as it should be for the price)
Extra 25 euro p/night for extra kids bed. My wife was bitten alive. Not sure, but maybe bed bugs. Hotel responded quickly with sheet changes and offered to change rooms, but the damage was done.
Clean Rooms. Close to city center.
Noisy street. Problems with room at the beginning. (Door connecting room was locked, keys were set for only one day at the beginning etc.) Need to refresh wi-fi daily.
La posizione e ' ottima
Il costo elevato del garage
1. Wifi access may be restricted if the hotel is packed with bookings. 2. Hotel is located on a busy street with casino and shops downstairs. Noise pollution from Tram, drunkers can be very disturbing. 3. Staff are not very friendly.
Everything is new and it's a comfortable hotel with a great location.
They asked for payment as soon as I arrived and would not issue a receipt until I was leaving. This was a bad reception to get.
Parking garage (very anrrow though)
Breakfirst not included
The room we got was spacious and new. Everything was so clean and modern. It's a half an hour walk from marienplatz and about a 10-15 minutes walk to the station. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby too.
The hotel is located right next to a tram line, so if you are a light sleeper (like my friend is), I would recommend you to go as far away from this hotel as you could, or request in advance for a room that was not facing the main street. It would be impossible for you to sleep at night. Though if you are like me, a heavy (and very easily) sleeper then you would definitely be fine.
I was there for a business trip. The hotel was all I would expect of a business hotel - nothing remarkable either positive or negative. I would stay again (not my first choice, but in the "Top-5" for downtown Munich.
The U-Bahn can wake you up in the morning around 6a (better than a wake-up call). Didn't really bother me as I sleep fairly soundly - but might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, I did not find the Air Conditioning controls so I slept with the windows open (would amplify the sound of the U-Bahn)
Excellent staff, very clean
Good location not too far from the city center and some streets away from the dreaded train station district. The single beds were a bit small but very comfortable.
We had a street-view room and you couldn't hear yourself thinking while the window was open (mostly due to the tram passing). Also, one of the windows was broken. The staff seemed pretty lost and a little bit unresponsive.
The noise because of the location. Need to provide a sound proof or sonething
Staff were friendly, breakfast lovely and hotel located brilliant to main train station.Definately be back..
Location was pretty good, although most restaurants and bars were about 1-1.5kms walk. Car park was very useful.
Tram line was outside our window and very noisy.
Nice central location both for further travelling for day trips as well as visiting Munich itself. Hotel looks super new and is very clean
The hotel is overall very nice, but can be very noisy if room is oriented towards the street.
In case you need to change the reservation / postpone it etc. - the staff is unbelievably unhelpful. I've been staying in the hotel for past 5 weeks and was planning to stay couple of more (longterm business trip). I needed to do small adjustments to my reservations and not only did the hotel staff not reflect I am a regular customer, they neither showed any willingness with sorting the issue out. However, they promptly pointed out cancellation / changing 80% fee. I find this very unproffesional and will find a different hotel for future stay.
Very quet and nice backyard where you can drink your favourites :)
Awful neghbourhood with turkish bars, where happen dirty turkish things...
Location near train station, cleanliness! Wifi
Could do with tea and coffee making facilities
The location is very close to the train station, but the area is not very nice around
Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean rooms. Goode selection of food at the breakfast buffet
Clean and new hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy rooms.
Clean, modern, good location, friendly staff.
The hotel was clean and located close to the main train station.
Where to begin? The staff did not come across as very friendly (especially if you address an issue with the room). The size of the room was disappointing (not the size advertised!!!) and it felt very much claustrophobic. I definitely recommend switching the room from the start if you hear anything starting with number 3 - the last level (attic type of rooms where you have access to only half of the room). I had a problem with the room (being very cold) and I was told I should pay 25 euro if I want to change rooms (not fair if you ask me). It was not the case in the end as another heater could be switched on. The internet is also poor at that level. Not worth the money you pay for this!
Good hotel, clean and good service. Parking under the hotel is great in the center of Munich.
