Nice location very nice staff well ogranised and excellent value for money. It is noisy there are delivery truck driving to the nearby stores , I could not sleep the whole night. However if you are a sound sleeper than maybe you will have no problem.

Friendly and helpful staff communicated in both German and English. Central location but quiet. Gap one side of the bed was rather narrow making one walk at an angle.

Despite being on the edge of the pedestrian zone in the city centre, they offer car parking in a secure underground car park, and easy access from the autobahn. The hotel is within minutes on foot to shops, restaurants and the historic sites of Trier. We stay here once or twice a year as we like to hotel and the city which is a great gateway to souther Germany. They do not have air conditioning and we always seem to stay when it is over 30 degrees. The rooms can be hot at night. If your room faces the adjacent bar when the football is on it can be a little noisy with the windows open.

Located at the end of one of the 2 shopping streets leading to the central market, the location is quite in the centre of the city and close to everything (shops, restaurants, centre, churches). The underground parking however is accesible from another street and not always easy to find. The rooms are adequate in size, very clean but not much of a view unless you like rooftops. The bathroom however was quite large and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. Not expensive if you count all that. Wifi is not for free, nor is breakfast included in the room price, nor is parking free but still good value for money ! For a special ROMAN style (food) dinner I recommend restaurant Zum Domstein at the central market. The entrance of both the hotel and the parking garage are not always easy to find (of the hotel in an alleyway, of the garage on the other side of the block). The garage has a parking LIFT so not always suitable for motorcycles or large / high cars. The reception is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator) and from there it can be a long walk up and down staircases to your room, depending which room you have. But all this is not really negative, just for your general information.

Sehr freundliches , aufmerksames Personal Alle Räumlichkeiten sehr angenehm Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig Als Raucher würde ich in dieser Preiskategorie auch entsprechende Zimmer erwarten Schlimm finde ich den Ausblick in einen sehr ungepflegten Hof (Zi 455 )

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Prima Personal, gute Zimmer, insgesamt ein gepflegter Eindruck. Evtl. wäre das Aufstellen eines Kaffeeautomaten wünschenswert.

l'hôtel situé dans le cente ville, après une journée de travail, agréable à faire un peu de shopping le chargement et déchargement du camion de livraison à 6 h 00 du matin en dessous de ma chambre, un réveil pas très agréable.....

De ligging is perfect voor het verkennen van de stad. Bij winkelen is het eenvoudig om de gekochte spullen even naar het hotel te brengen, en zo niet met spullen te hoeven slepen. Leuke eetgelegenheden en kroegjes per voet bereikbaar. Parkeren is voor hoge auto,s wat lastig, gezien het feit dat het hotel daar maar vier plaatsen voor heeft.

Uns hat die Lage gefallen und die besondere Sauberkeit Leider gab es nicht genug Parkplätze für alle Gäste.Wir mußten sehr weit weg parken und hohe Parkgebühren bezahlen. Dies ist für ein Hotel in der Klasse nicht akseptabel. Auch eine kleine Bar hat uns gefehlt.

Die zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten die Zimmere 151 und 152. Das Treppen steigen war für meine Eltern etwas mühsam.

Die ruhige Lage und Größe des Zimmers, das moderne große Bad, die perfekte Lage in der Fußgängerzone-das würde ich gleich nochmal wählen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr schön und reichhaltig! Das Hotel bietet vor der Haustür Platz zum Entladen(Einfahrt über Jakobsgässchen/Mentzelstr), danach findet man auch in den Seitenstr. kostenlose P.
