The breakfast was nice. The location was excellent. There were plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. No frills with this place but a clean place to stay and it was the right price for the close location No air-conditioning in the rooms. I probably could have expected that if I read the listing more thoroughly.

Great location, close to the train station, close to the city center. They charged 4 breakfasts although I was alone and spent only 2 nights. My fault that I only found out later at home.

The rooms are confortable and the hotel location 500 m far from the main station and at the edge of the pedestrian area in the historical city center is nice. Furthermore it's not too expensie.

Very good location. Very friendly reception though the staff always change in these hotels. Nice room facing square and good double glazing so very quiet. Good breakfast. Why do they charge for Internet ? It's 2011 !!

- gute Lage - Unterbringung in einem Raucherzimmer (gibts sowas überhaupt noch?) - Teilweise überholungsbedürftige Ausstattung (warum muss die Heizung im Bad z.B. total verrostet sein? Da kann man doch ohne großen Aufwand was gegen machen!)

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück! Die Rezeption ist nur bis 19.00 Uhr besetzt. Wir sind um 18.00 Uhr angekommen. Ich habe mir die Frage gestellt, wie hätte es geklappt, wenn wir erst um 20.00 Uhr angekommen wären!

Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals.Das Frühstück war gut. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( Nähe zum Hbf ), außerdem nur kurzer Fußweg in dei Altstadt. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind recht laut wegen des Verkehrslärms.

Prima hotel en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar wij hebben begrepen dat dit hotel vorige week is overgenomen. Dus complimenten aan de nieuwe hoteleigenaren om dit zo op te pakken en zo vriendelijk de gasten te ontvangen. Wij wensen ze heel veel succes en hopelijk kunnen ze snel het achterstallig onderhoud oppakken.

Het adequate handelen van het personeel bij problemen is zeer goed. Het ontbijt was tevens uitstekend. Het intérieur is niet meer zo nieuw, maar wel goed onderhouden en de kamers zijn schoon. De matrassen zijn redelijk hard, mag en keer vervangen worden.
